  1. I lose a big deposit if I cancel. But I am warming up to it now. I am only concerned because they won't allow my husband in the room prior to the surgery to review everything. They say they will give a zoom or telephone call the days before. Is that normal?
  2. If i had known about nadimi i would have gone to her. I just concentrated on NY drs.which now i regret. One question: Did you have any questions days before the surgery that you asked to her or her office? I am only concerned i wont get post surgical personal care should i have a problem.
  3. You really look amazing, so natural. I hope i made the right choice. I scheduled next week and soooo nervous. its amazing how fast your hair grows
  4. Oh thank you. I hope mine comes ok. What should i specify to the dr to make certain it comes out dense.
  5. Wow your hair looks great, can you post photos how it looked pre-op? I have a question as I am scheduled in one week for HT, I am female and have very strong good hair except in the central middle front hairline, there is a part that is thin and the scalp shows especially when I don't touch up my roots......My temples are also bad, especially right temple although I don't wear hair back anymore so it's usually camouflaged. The front top is what bothers me. Can you tell me also if you had the FUT procedure and if you feel the hair thinner in back, my daughter says I will complain later my hair feels too thin there although I have thick hair now in the back.
  6. Hello, I am scheduled for next week and SO nervous I am thinking of cancelling or postponing. Did you have it done, I also am female. I am now thinking I didn't ask the right questions in the consult and they don't want to meet with me again saying they have plenty of time on day of surgery to address all questions/doubts.
  7. No one knows how she is now? I am scheduled in one week and never been so nervous, I wonder if I should cancel regardless losing my deposit.
  8. Thanks, i dont want to lower forehead, just fill in or even out existing hairline. I would think with fut there would be more thinning as they remove a strip of hair.
  9. Hello again, did you experience shock loss? Would you say you are happy with the procedure at this point? The photos look very impressive.
  10. Oh thank you. Can you say your first surgeon. I am scheduled dr wesley in ny. Super nervous.
  11. I am female with strong donor area but front and temple area thinner. I am considering transplant but worried it will make then my back hair thin. When i look at photos i dont see much difference but i imagine it feels much thinner? No one has discussed this from what i can find. any comments?

  13. Hi i am female scheduled for transplant in 10 days and really nervous. They were thinking FUT but now i wonder if should be FUE seeing your results. Did you notice much diffrence in the back head after yr first fut procedure, does the hair feel much thinner?
  14. I not worried about it showing but more how it will feel and change the shape of my hair in back.
  15. Yes with dr donovan, bernstein and wesley. But i didnt discuss the state of the hair in the back, if it will feel/look thin in a fut procedure. With a strip missing of around 1800 grafts i would think so?

  17. Hello again, it doesn't look like you suffered from shock loss though, did you experience any problems with that? I appreciate your sharing your photos and look forward to receiving more to see the progress!
  18. Would you say you are happy with your dr at this point? I think you extended to your existing hairline rather than filling it ?? They say it takes up to one year, though but i see it has gotten fuller. Pls keep us informed as i was considering a HT and to choose a dr.
  19. Hi, I wonder why Washington DC doesn't update his results, is he not content with the work thus far (although it's only the 6 month mark), we are all interested and concerned, I think it's important to follow his progress as he was previously most detailed and conscientious in the sequence of his op.
  20. Is it normal for the hairline to retain redness months following the surgery?
