Has anyone heard of Dr Sibel Ulusan from Izmir, Turkey. I have talked to the doc and her son who is based out of Brooklyn NY. They partner with a local doctor in US for PRP procedure for local clients in the USA. I have visited the local doc in Downtown NYC near Wall Street.
