Ah thanks for your insight @JohnathE yes I can see the frontal hairs especially around the temple are starting to really thicken up I am in contact with the clinic as well over watsapp and they have assured me that these will continue to thicken over the coming months so I am still waiting at the moment i am also taking half a loniten a day, a Biotin and a Finasteride tablet as well as occasionally derma-rolling with Rogaine foam
You’re welcome mate, hair thickening up and monthly progress is always a good sign,Your regime sounds great to me,just a case of waiting until 12 months point and seeing where you’re at.

any advice?
Yours is definitely progressing, mine looked like similar to yours at 6 months, then thickened up loads around 9 months and I have similar hair to you. I have a thread on here with my results from Arshad and did not require a second procedure.

Taking daily vitamins such as biotin, zinc, vitamin C, iron, bromelain and B12. This is on top of a healthy diet (no fast food or sweets etc).I also take propecia, minoxidil and shampoo with Nizora 2-3 times a week.
No derma rolling, I’m not sure whether it’s safe to do this earlier and don’t fancy it for now.
Thanks …nice regime.
fair enough with the dermarolling seems it’s progressing nicely anyway without. -

Are you doing anything to cause the earlier growth of grafts? I’ve seen on some threads people doing dermarolling etc don’t know if that can help? My grafts started come through much later around 5/6 months.

Thanks chaps appreciate fhe feedback. I think your right @Gatsby probably not worth it at the moment. I’m hoping it will be a while before need any further surgery as finasteride really stabilised my hair which I started after consult with Reddy about 5 years ago. Since my HT with arshad he also put me on minoxidil morning and night.

Absolutely great results! This is a perfect example of how much a difference the thickening post 6 months actually makes.
Do you believe you need a 2nd HT for a touch up or anything? (I don't see any need to but curious what you think).
Hi @niteynite yeh it really came on after 6/7 months. I’m pretty much able to style my hair as I want without it looking thin so I’m happy with the density at the moment. Over time if it thins out or I get more loss behind the hairline I’d definitely consider further procedure. Now that my hairline came out so well the One thing I have been thinking about is temple peaks and whether I should have these made stronger, would be interested to know peoples thoughts?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been lurking around these forums for years but first time posting…I went to Arshad last year for FUE to my hairline, Below are my progression and what it looks like at 12 months. I really hated the way my hairline looked.. felt depressed about it as always had nice long hair. Arshad was supportive about it all. Been on fin for a few years, did min topical after FUE. In total had around 2500 grafts of which around 1000 were 3’s… overall I would say I am happy with the result, it’s definitely been life changing, I look down and out in the before pics ..lol. Happy to answer any questions about it.

The donor looks a little thinner but it’s only been a few months, perhaps some shock loss. Needs more time I think, Do you have more pics of donor you could post from side also?
thanks j
