    Hello, @Yaasar - The Alpha

I can still remember that night during the covid when I first saw your video which was about your failed ht procedure. Basically in that time I was around 5 months of my first procedure. My result wasn’t showing up. And I was also feeling that in my case also it would be a failed procedure. I also saw your videos regarding your corrective procedure with Eugenix. Good to see your journey and happy for your excellent result.

    Thanks Brother

    Hi @Yaasar - The Alpha,

I am thinking of Repairing my transplant as well. My case is similar to yours. I couldn't message you as I am a new member.

How did they fix the Cobblestoning issue? Did they extract those grafts and put new graft in the same place? Or did they plant grafts around it?

Yes they extracted those grafts and refused the same grafts. I am not sure about the place

  3. Hi All,

Yesterday a documentary by Vice News Asia has come out on YouTube. This documentary focuses on the ill practice and the black market of Indian Hair Transplant industry. This documentary also features my hair transplant journey as to how my first hair transplant had failed.

I got my botched hair transplant corrected from @Eugenix Hair Science

I am happy to share this with you all.

  4. My temples were also looking weird on my 15th day. possibly more than yours. I have also got my hair transplant done from Dr. Arika.  Now these temples look amazing.

Let the shedding phase pass. these are traumatized grafts. Once they regrow, hopefully all will be fine.

Hope below photos will relieve you from your anxiety. Be Positive. Happy Growing.

    My 15 days update

8th month  - I like to keep them short. :)

I am shocked how that clinic can make the hairline look worse than the temple points. I am surprised they actually got the angles correct? Just a pity they put doubles and triples everywhere!!

The recent pic looks great Yasar.  See you there in about a month brother💪

Yes for one temple the angles were correct, in another some were going outwards.

    See you soon bro :)

Hope the rising cases in China & Korea won't affect Indian travel.

  6. Second Day

The night was painful could not sleep properly. There was less sensation and numbness on my scalp. I was told to spray saline water every 2 hours by removing the cap.

This is the video of next day post HT

    Here is the photo

    Third Day

Clinic had called me for a head wash on third day only which I now feel was incorrect. After the head wash I noticed that more grafts were coming out also I had swelling on my face  below is the link to the video

First head wash post Hair Transplant at clinic

    14 Days Update

Even on 14th day I was feeling pain when touching my scalp, less sensitivity and too much itching. Shedding phase where around 80% of the transplanted hair fall and regrow was about to start. My donor area was still too much patchy like it was scrubbed with some hard cleaning agent :D

I am mentioning all above points so that when I share my second journey, you could compare how different experience that has been.

    30 Days Update

Shedding phase had started. I had lost 90% of my transplanted hair. This is the most scary period where everyone at any point of time feels that what will happen if transplanted hair did not grow.

    Here is the detailed video

    2 months Update

I had started to see a little growth. Little tiny hair were sprouting. Donor area was looking normal now. There were some hair which was causing me discomfort so i had to pluck them out. those were the dead grafts which were just stuck in my skin and causing me pain. for over a period of 2 to 4 months i had plucked 100 of those and I was hoping they will regrow but they didn't.

Here is the video - My Two Months Hair Transplant Result

    80 Days update

Started to see more growth but visible gap between hair. expecting more density.

Here is the short video - 80 Days post Hair Transplant condition

    Six month update

I had got more density but still it was not matching with my existing hair. there were small hair on the scalp which were not growing and making me uncomfortable. In Hairline they had placed hair graft with double and triple hair which were giving me unnatural look. I was expecting that it won't matter once I get the proper density. Deep down I was having a feeling that my hair transplant is not going to have a fruitful result.

Here is the video - My Six Month Hair Transplant Result & starting of problems

Eight month update &  the realization that my hair transplant has failed.

At 8th month I still had less density. when I visited the clinic and complained to Doctor that so far I the density is not at all satisfactory. I was expecting the doctor to tell me that you still have time and density will come however he told me that I will have to go through another procedure where he will take out more 500 to 700 graft and place them in my hairline on which when I questioned him why didn't you do it properly in first go. who will invest more 8 months again, medicines cost, stress there are so many factors involved. He stood up and went away. I kept waiting but he didn't come out and sent his technician to convince me for another procedure. Only a fool would go for another process again at same clinic who could not do it in one go. On top of that he was asking me more money. I came home and made a review video of clinic which went viral on YouTube.

I did more and more research, connected with many people who had the same experience from this clinic. Legal court cases are available against this doctor for public view. Click here to see

He tried to shut my video through many ways including legal case but the truth doesn't go down easily.

The more I was researching about hair transplant, more problems I was able to recognize in my hair transplant.

    1. Cobble stoning in Hairline and temple area.
    2. Grafts with double and triple hair were placed in Hairline and temples.
    3. transplanted hair density was too less compare to the original hair
    4. Uneven temples
    5. over harvesting
    6. grafts damage while placement
    7. Grafts removed from unsafe donor area
    8. bad hair angle

below are the videos showing the condition in details.

Sharing some high quality photos too.

I had lost all hope after this failed hair transplant. Whenever I used to go out someone would notice and ask me why my hair look like this, is there any problem you are facing they ask. seeing myself daily with this imperfection was too demotivating for me. I had gone into depression and anxiety.

I also kept looking for a way to repair my hair transplant. kept going through YouTube videos, clinic reviews, results to find a clinic who could correct my case because there was too many things needed correction and the cost and the time it is going to take was also a concern. most importantly I needed the courage to go for another procedure.

This is how I look now. In my next post i am going to share how I turned things around and who are those Doctor, who made my hair perfect. I am sure you would like to know my most amazing second hair transplant journey. The strategy, the approach, the extra effort, medication and care. Everything.

So here I am in 2 days old photo :)

  7. Its March 2019, When I decided to go for the hair transplant I would like to take you all through my two-hair transplant journey so that you do not make the mistake I made, and choose a best clinic for yourself.

It starts in 2010 when I had started to lose hair slowly. As far as I remember, in 2011 I had started looking for medicines to stop my hair fall. Biotin tablet, minoxidil, and shampoos, tried all these but gradually my hairline receded. After some time I came to know about a technique called hair transplant and started watching videos on YouTube. I mainly focused on cost and nothing else. I finally decided to go for a hair transplant in 2019 without doing any proper research and went to a cheap clinic by seeing a youtuber’s videos. I just counted on my luck to get a good result. (Stupid, I know)

This is how I looked before hair transplant.

Here is a video too - On the way to clinic for FUE HT

My Surgery started, there were two OT rooms. one was occupied. They were short on staff so they called someone from outside to help in the hair transplant. There was a BP  heart rate machine connected to me throughout the surgery. Anesthesia was of low quality and there was too much pain. Moring 10 a.m. to till 11.30 p.m. in the night there were countless local anesthesia were given to me again and again. They surgery was so uncomfortable and painful that I wish I could have just abandoned it in between.

In the hope of getting rid of the baldness I just had to bear all of this tremendous pain.

They tried to be over smart by telling me that they have taken out extra graft so the cost will go high on which I said with whose permission you took out more grafts than the agreed numbers. Yes they had taken around 1000 extra because these third class clinic staff lost track of graft count. I realised this when someone commented about my donor area on my YouTube video.

Here is the pic of my donor area.

The technicians were coming and going as per their convenience so they forgot to put proper number of grafts in temples. This also I realised later. after around 13.5 hours when all the clinic staff (even doctor) went home, my surgery was completed by a technician and a office boy (Peon)

while making slits they also did too much damage on my head. see picture below. and grafts did not grow here

Here is the picture of my scalp after finishing the surgery. Wounds are visible. half of the grafts peeking outside of the skin and some of them just hanging. It was a very poor graft placement but who knew it that time. Still hoping for the best result.

    @Melvin- Moderator,

Thanks for sharing your experience with Eugenix. I am sure you will get an amazing result. Can you share if you resumed using Minoxidil post the transplant? If yes after how long did you resume it?

I have recently done my hair transplant with Eugenix too and they advised me not to resume minoxidil for 3 months. I have read mixed opinions on this online. I am 1.5 months from my surgery and haven't yet resumed applying minoxidil.

They also recommended me to start with a CYCLICAL MEDICINE PROGRAM which is a multivitamins kit - Hairfact. Have you been taking that as well?

I have seen some people scalp getting red, itchy and flaky when they start using minoxidil post HT. That's why eugenix recommends not to use it at least 4-5 month post HT. I am on my 15th month post HT and I never started it.
