  1. Many doctors don't know jacksh*t about hairloss. You can go to your doc with a NW5 head and he'll still not prescribe a drug for your hairloss. Don't get me wrong, some do prescribe propecia, but the docs I've been to are dumber than you think. I always wind up explaining hairloss factors to them, treatments, etc. Forums like this one are sometimes taken for granted. There is a VAST amount of knowledge here on hairloss that we've learned from that would make us experts over many docs any day.
  2. Excellent coverage buddy. Looks very very natural and would love to see some hairline pics as well. You should still expect more growth and density for the next 4-6 months. Any hairloss meds pre and post-transplant? By the way, I've had family go to Feller in the past. Good choice.
  3. Holy shyt. Balboa, RELAX. I'm glad you posted what BHR SAID about your BUMPS, because within a few months they're going to make themselves look really STUPID. If you want, I will post my friend's pimples/bumps post-op which were much more severe, but have gradually dissapeared. Those bumps are NORMAL and will dissapear, that's an absolute guarantee. And your hairline is FINE. Can you WAIT 10-12 months?!?!? You sound like a PARANOID child. Listen to these guys here WAIT!!! The first rule of thumb post transplant is to BE PATIENT! Go Out, enjoy your life, you'll be fine buddy!
  4. Balboa don't panic bro. Give it time. Natural hairlines are never even. Once your time of full growth elapses then you have every right to complain to the surgeon with anything you're unsatisfied about. Good Luck
  5. Stingray I like your conservative approach with the hairline. I really appreciate you taking your time out and sharing your experience with us rather than just walking away and ignoring reality. I for one was considering HT between FUE AND FUSS but I think I will lean more towards fuss now. The yielding in fue is hit and miss ragrdless of what any clinic shows you how many photos. It's a scientific fact. Concerning your hairtransplant...I know you're angry and almost all the guys here hate armanis with passion, but the fact is he also has performed mind blowing results. I say this because if I were you I WOULD NOT just walk away. I would take them up on their offer and get the "touch-up". I am SURE they will make it their personal business for you to get outstanding results so you can come back here and say "look guys , all is dandy! they satisfied my concerns". I wouldn't walk away at my expense if I weren't satisfied with the results! However, I wouldn't add more than 1,000. Any surgeon you go to would love to add a lot of density to your poor growth areas so they can mak themselves look like heros and say "we fixed armanis loss". Donor is precious, you are not THAT bad nor butchered, please don't throw in another 1,500 to your hairline!. 1,000 should suffice nicely! BTW are you on any treatments or were you on any? Your donor from the side looks pretty good.
  6. john, were you using anything else in conjunction to the laser? minox? fin? anything? I find it hard to believe if you weren't using anything else. If someone is so concerned about their hairloss and they go to the limits of trying the laser without using finasteride and/or minoxidil won't make any sence. And if you are using something else in conjunction to the laser, then maybe the results are from those drugs and not the laser??
  7. lost my swagger, is your minox 5% and is it cheaper than ordering from the internet? Minoxidil is highly recommended to use after a hair transplant. I believe on the 4th post-op you should start applying minox to you newly grafted areas twice daily. Foam or liquid... same difference except you will want to use liquid in your case. You do not want to touch the grafts especially rub foam into them! Just a few drops of minoxidil 5% using the droplet. Good luck.
  8. Friend of mine gave it a shot for about 7-8 months. Sais looking back he laughs at the thought of seeing himself using it. No results whatsoever. But that's just him.
  9. Thanks for the update Abedogg. There should be a rule or some type of regulation where you must post your photos if you are going to either complain or praise your surgery/experience. You had everyone bashing the clinic simply because you "said so". If your results are truly as you say they were then please post picks. Unfortunately many can't take your word for it. It wil help tremendously for new prospects such as myself. The proof must be in the pudding.
  10. Robert, I saw your photo you posted from a few yrs back. Are you still using the same regimen? Are the results consistent? I am also aware of the fact that meds eventually lose their effectiveness. Being that you using the strongest DHT blocker, what will you do if you notice that avodart (dutasteride) has lost its effectiveness? Will you increase your dosage? How much longer do you think dutasteride will consistently benifit you? Is it possible that you post a recent photo of your hair for comparison of the old one you posted on this thread? I am particularly in favour of dutasteride for my vertex and crown regions, however I fear that if the drug loses its effect, I will be out of options. I'd like to thicken up the vertex and crown and maintain it for 10-15 yrs. Feedback appreciated. thanks
  11. Dr hasson is my #1 choice at the moment if and when I find the courage t get a hair transplant. The result on this gentleman makes him look a whole decade younger. I blew up the photos for a close of the grafts where they meet the scalp. Unbelievably natural looking. Very happy for you shlomo.
  12. That's the best hairtransplant I have ever seen! Laughing my @ss Off.
  13. Looks like you had a nice coverage for 3000 grafts. I'm going to keep close track of you if you don;t mind so please keep doing what you're doing and update regularly. BTW how did you manage to lose your scabs so quick? Most patients lose them between 3-4 weeks margian. Hairterminator: Can you post SOMETHING??
  14. Actually I was going to seek other threads like I have been for the many past yrs. But I won't. I will stick it out right here in front of your beedy eyes. The only idiot here is the one you see in the mirror. If you think that was in defense of armanis then you mind as well stamp your self on the forehead "IDIOT". You are totally out of context what I wrote. I think your guilt conscious got the best of you. I really love the way you play with words. I wonder how many wheels you have spun and brainwashed people to think the way you want them to. You are angry because I didn't kiss your @ss and that I simply said that to the naked eye, for someone who does not know the real story, the paper/contract publicized would not be enough to convict anyone had it been a real life trial. It was an example. Looks like anyone not on your team is either going to be considered an idiot or waving an armani flag. How old are you?
