  1. KEv i personally think you are to young.I started to lose hair at 19 but waited until i was 28 before i got my HT.I would start to take Propecia and use Minoxidil combination until you get abit older because you cant foresee the future and whats going to happen to your hairloss. Damo
  2. People im in the same boat. All of your surgeons are great at there work as was Dr Martnick who performed my 2 procedures. She is World known for her great natural hairlines! Damo
  3. MW congratulations im really happy for you.My surgeon was the same when i had my 1st procedure done. They were so comforting and really made me feel at home. The whole procedure was alot easier then i thought i was going to be.It was a pain free procedure. I recently have just come back from my 2nd procedure in May 2005 and it was as easy as the first procedure.Send me some pictures if you can MW. Regards Damo
  4. Cas ive just had my 2nd procedure and had a few pimples come up this time. Its just the grafts forming a foreign body to get out by the way of a pimple. If you get a whole heap then get back in contact with your surgeon. Damo http://www.inperth.com.au/users/damo/
  5. I found Nioxin to be a really good conditioner to be honest with you. Damo
  6. Access Rob is totally right i took 4 years to find my right surgeon and all my answers. If you would like some advice on my journey and its probably the same questions you are asking yourself dont hesitate to contact me.Dont ever jump into anything for gods sake! Damo
  7. Rob the pics are impressive considering he was that bald! Damo
  8. Markcia i have had 2 procedures now the last one being only months ago and opted to have strip again like i did with my 1st procedure. As Pat said i have weighed up the pros and cons and its far superior to have the strip proecdure performed. You definately get bigger bang for your buck with strip and its a hell of alot less labour intensive and also costs alot less money too. Many of the top surgeons today you will find do the far superior follicular unit strip excision.I think the only time you would get FUE is if you needed a very limited amount of grafts required for example in the temple area. But as for maximising patient graft yield and the cost strip takes the cake in my opinion. 9. Heres a updated picture people from the 2nd procedure 2months after with no growth yet!

  15. Gorpy i appreciate your honesty and comments.Im only 30 now and would like to achieve more density thats why i went and did.I cant wait for the following 4 months to see some growth coming through.Did you see my website with the current update pics on it? 17. Bob thanks for your post.I have had 2 procedures now.The last one i had in May 2005 this year by a wonderful surgeon in Dr Martnick. Her work is outstanding as you can view from my website. My 1st procedure results are excellent and i had a follow up procedure to obtain the density.I couldnt be happier with the results so far.I strongly beleive that a good surgeon compared to a top surgeon will make or break you.The hairline is the biggest give away to people. If they can spot you have had something done then you know you have failed in a good hair transplant.Research is the key as it took me 4 years before i decided to go with her. Please have alook at my before and after shots so far and tell me what you think. http://www.inperth.com.au/users/damo/ Rgds Damo

Damo

Thanks Terry for your positive comment.Im hoping too this will give me the density too my friend.I beleive it will after having in depth talks with my surgeon.I have great faith it will.I mean it looks good now so in 6 months time with all that new growth to come through should look great, but ill keep you posted on it. 25. Lonez your hair looks like my was when i had my 1st procedure June 2004.I had 1300 grafts in my 1st procedure and it made a huge difference to my hairline, was well worth the money. The scar is that small a line that nobody will ever see it because your hair will cover it up.Just as long as you know that it does scar but.Ill send you a pic of my 1st procedure of 1300 grafts. If you would like further pics up until today as i have had 2 procedures now ,email me off my website and ill be happy to forward them to you.
