  1. @ciaus my use of caffaine is just an additional treatment i wasnt aiming dht because my hair loss was diffuse even there was in the middle of my head which is waaay far away from the pattern males usully, get as a coincidence it was kinda severe near my cowlick which made my crown look as if im mp balding

i had thinning in my donor areas which arent usually affected by dht so all androgenic percentages were low coz the pattern wasnt so androgenic

Any ways i still have doubts about mpb and androgens im leaving it for time…

I think you are in the early stages of Diffuse loss MPB - which isn't a result of your seb dermatitis. I'm not denying that you don't indeed have seb dermatitis, as it usually is found to go hand in hand with MPB, however I would suspect the thinning areas you can see, are a result of DHT caused miniaturisation.

You still have pretty good hair, so if you were to start preventative medication now, you will likely slow down your loss and maybe even regrow some hair.

The problem is that menoxidil excerbates and flares up seb dermatitis and propacia (finastride) has side effects so any alternatives or for example minodxidil made for my case?

Hard to say just from the photo you've submitted.  Almost looks like you're sweating.

Maybe some retrograde? Perhaps an advanced pattern? From this angle looks like you are demarcating down.  So MPB? Perhaps.  Would be nice if you could submit photos of your entire head and not just only the donor.

With regards to the dermatitis issue, have you visited with a dermatologist? You need to get that treated before any transplants take place as the condition can be transferred to the recipient area.

What medical therapy are you on?

What is your family history of hair loss?

i visited and they said its from seb dermatitis but im consistent on ketoconazole medication and nothing no results or change
    Im on ketoconazole and caffaine

and no not at all no history

  4. Hello, ive been noticing general thinning especially on crown for 7 months i dont know if the reason is genetic

i have seborrheic dermatitis which was severe and itchy and now it is milder

is the hair near my neck (the one with the red circles) normal in genetic mpb or it may confirm that my hair loss is generally pathological or for other reasons?

  5. The pictures with number one in them are the ones of the right side of my forehead, i can see thinning spots (in my pov) and a difference between the two sides, while the pics with n. 2 seem normal

for frontal balding does balding usually start on both sides or its possible that one side starts before the other?

can anyone tell me is it my normal hair type or I did lose hair?

i discovered that there may be a problem when i tried to grow my hair where all of my hair was growing normally on the same level except my crown which was kinda full but it was lower level (as if it was wet) hairs on it weren’t standing and accumulating on each other like the rest of my hair

my hair catcher in my shower drain clogges every 5-7 days is it normal?

i had sebborheic dermatitis it was very severe until last summer and also at that time some stressful life events came to an end so was stress the reason or its genetic, i can feel some pimple

like stuff under the scalps skin

, i discovered this suddenly i never felt anything on my pillow or comb, everything about my hair was normal except my sebborheic dermatitis which as far as I know it doesnt cause hair loss unless you itch it so hard which i didnt do i was careful about it

anyone can tell me what condition im in? Do i need any medications?
