Amazing Report, enjoyed Reading. Did the doc give you an indication how much donor might be left for future procedures?

I remember reading somewhere that Feriduni said if he was having a hair transplant, he would go with Heitmann. I think that tells you something.
-
Oral Minoxidil is also probably on par with Fin. I think Bisanga recommends this to patients who wanna found a family. Something to consider.

Looks Like great Work! Happy healing.

I'm trying to organize a podcast with Dr. Rassman, who is developing SCUBE3 and GT20029. Hopefully, we will have more information.
Kintor is developing GT20029.

I can actually See this one being a homerun. I feel like oral Minoxidil would rly help the Result aesthatically by increasing hair diameter

Actually even i get surprised seeing such a high number of grafts extracted from nw7 patient...for extracting 10k grafts patient must have around 25k grafts and obviously those number of existing grafts wouldn't be there on a nw7 donor...though am nt saying its fake but its really surprising....what is such a homogeneous pattern which can take out 10k grafts from say 17-18k grafts and still donor looks good god knows how he is doing it...only time will tell...and i have seen his video on you tube where he dont use loupes or anythng for extraction as well
I would end up with one tag line which i have stolen from someone whom i consider to be the GOAT
"Don't just count the grafts, but make the grafts count"
This. Also what happens if the donor thins with age? Both the recipient and donor will look pretty weird No?

If I had to pick from the 6 you posted, I'd prefer #1, but none of them are really what I'd be going for if I was just starting out.
Higher?

I’ve seen Hattingen name a lot on these type of posts. I like both doctors but I don’t ever go “wow” when I see their results. Any link to cases you like from them?

I have to disagree there, Bisanga more than deserves his big reputation. He is quality.
I also have my doubts about Zarev . These apparently mythical doctors never are. There are a few.
Thats fine. I have to say that I think he is excellent, but he is seen as the goat on this forum. So I think he is overrated with respect to how he is rated among here imo as I dont see him at the top. I Just almost never see "wow"cases where a high norwood gets transformed, something Pitella/Sethi/Zarev/Hattingen can produce. I almost always see nw 3 hairline cases.

Added a few new lists. This year, instead of focusing on a bottom five, I figure I'd ask who -- in addition to your favorites -- you see as most overrated here, most underrated (slept on HRN - and perhaps deserves to be a member), and who provides best value for $$.

Arrived this morning after flying all night with a delay and a switch of flights. Today was spent at the farm house, the clinic catching up with all of the great staff and meeting a couple of new patients. All I can say is that the scar will be a thing of the past! 🤩🇮🇳🙏❤️
Go Dr P!! Give this man his mop already 💇🦁

Thank you. Means a lot.
I have looked at a few well known clinics and I feel encouraged then out of the blue someone will post a bad result or review. Just feels like such a gamble which I guess is the nature of the game.
With no medication will I end up looking worse due to permanent shock loss? Or do I just take the risk and live my life. It's a really hard choice! I feel fortunate to have the hair I do. The frustrating thing is if I had never taken the medication in the first place and then had to take loads of hormones I would probably be in a better situation than I am in now.
Did you consider oral Minoxidil? I dont think it is on par with Finasteride, but its probably the next best alternative if you cannot tolerate 5-aris.

I think you are a good candidate. I would recommend to look into @FueGenix. A lot of cases with your hair type.
