Would you recommend buying a laser cap (or UK equivalent) rather than going to a clinic for laser treatment? I assume clinics equipment would be better but maybe not ...

Thank you all. I'm interested in laser treatment at a local ish clinic. What is the recommended session length and how often? Just want to make sure they not giving me more or less than I need

Thanks Melvin. I was considering using a hair clinics laser therapy rather than purchase a helmet myself. I assume there system is more sophisticated than ones you can buy reasonably. Not too concerned with cost, more which is beneficial. Slightly worried about PRP making things worse...

Hi,I've just started Oral Minoxidl and want to try and additional treatment alongside it (except Finasteride).Would PRP or Laser Hair Therapy be most effective?It's to maintain existing hair rather than regrow (but of course that would be nice)!!Cheers

I am considering oral minoxidl as the side effects don't scare me as much. The idea of using the foam/liquid twice a day sounds like a pain). Surgeon did recommend further courses of PRP but finding sensible prices locally is hard (I'm in the North West) Cheers

I was also looking at Dr Mwbamba topical dut which is apparently too large to be absorbed... I emailed them but all I received is a paylink to a pharmacy in Andorra... I'm glad to hear but it's the possible side effects from fin that scare me! Not sure about dut tho, will have a look into it
