    Gotcha.

Well yeah it may be DUPA-caused thinning or some unusual telogen effluvium, or delayed shockloss. Really hard to say what it could be exactly...

    Are on Finasteride/Dutasteride ?

I doubt dupa thinning is that fast, depends how aggressive it was before ht

No, there are not 8 failed transplants from HLC on here. A couple with good results but with an area that didn't come in dense, yes.

Honestly, your case may be the worse I've seen from HLC. I haven't seen your story yet, but those photos are unacceptable results. I'd demand a repair from them. Start your own thread so we don't throw this thread off track.

What section will be the best to post it?

You're throwing, imo, the best clinic in Turkey under the bus because of this one person's story? A story that leaves us with many questions. There isn't another side to this? You're very quick to throw the "unethical" card at them.

Look, I don't care either way. The "best clinic in Turkey" list changes all the time on here. It won't be long before Asli Tarcan will be the best option.

There’s like 5-8 different cases on here including me, who hasn’t even created his own post yet. Just because you’re a lucky one who got good results doesn’t mean everyone will. So what went wrong?

how many other people who don’t even know about this forum has this happened too? Exactly

Sorry to hear  that man and i am feeling sorry about your results. If it makes you feel any better i wish i was in your Situation right now. I have spoken to another guy from Canada who was with me for the second surgery. He has gotten some bad results too.

Yeah some guy from Germany who was with me is on the edge with his results but he isn’t complaining so yeah. Depends what your expectations are. I clearly had grafts implanted there but they didn’t grow. I’m sorry to hear about your case my friend

  5. 5 weeks and few days post hair transplant. Noticed some shock loss on my right side I believe. I’m not on any medication yet. Can it get worse?

The first two pictures are my right side where I believe shock loss has appeared.. the third and 4th pictures are my left side. You can see the difference. Left is normal compared to right.  Will it get better or can it get worse than this? Anyone please?

    Thank you for the replies.

@JohnAC71 - I went with Dr. Bouhanna who is based in Paris, and I was very happy with the everything. I had 2500 grafts.

@MachoVato- thanks, that’s good to know. I’ll leave them to fall when we they feel like doing it then!

@BirdsEyez- I’ve been a bit nervous with my hair washing so far. I use a foaming baby shampoo and only apply light, gentle scrubbing. Maybe as you say, it’s time to add a bit more pressure.

Let me know if it worked.. also shedding can take up to even 8 to 12 weeks.. today is my week 5 I noticed more shedding then yesterday. Update me

    Hi all,

I’ve found this group to be an enormous source of support and information both before and after my HT, so I thought I would tap into your collective knowledge with a question I had…

I had my FUE HT at the end of July. I was happy with how it looked in the days immediately following the procedure. I was fully prepared for the shedding phase, but one month later I hadn’t experienced any shedding. I was starting to think perhaps I was one of the lucky few that doesn’t experience shedding. Alas, at around 5 weeks post-op it started. I’m now at just after 6 weeks post-op, and although I have lost a lot of the hair, there’s still a decent amount remaining. So I have two questions:

should I manually remove the remaining hair, or just let nature take its course? Are there any issues related to non-shedding hair?

If I started to shed later than normal, does that mean I can expect the new hair to come through later than normal?

Thanks in advance. Photo 1 is one week post-op, photo 2 is today, just over 6 weeks post-op.

How are you still washing your hair? Did you resume normal washing. I had the same issue well I still do. However since yesterday when I starting applying  a bit more pressure I noticed more shedding

Definitely looks totally normal. Out of curiosity which clinic did you go too ? Have you got any post op pics ? Thanks 🙏

I went to HLC. Here is a picture after a day at the clinic. Also the other picture is day 13 with my scabs off day. How do you think the density looks?

also I noticed some hairs on my hair laying flat. Is that normal? This is recent today and few days ago.
