2 months post op of the 2nd surgery … month 7 of the 1st op… no growth really as of yet from op 2 but I can feel stubbly hairs so that’s a great sign… 1st op is looking good now.. the hairline is strong… as I mentioned before, I suffered a bit of shedding due to shock loss but this should all re coop in the next couple months … I think by end of February I should be looking pretty good !

Almost at 7 months… hoping behind the hairline will start to show more improvements now… as you know I had a 2nd procedure and suffered a bit of shock loss… I’m now also 2 months into 2nd op so should start to see some early growth ! I will take a picture from the top at the end of January as I believe all shock loss will be retrieved by then … Merry Christmas everyone ! -
Starting to wear the hat back a bit … showcasing the new hairline …. Which looks super dense already and I am only at 6 months!! I have a load of very small colourless hair coming through just behind the hairline now ! All from the first surgery… so in a month or two I expect to see a big change in density around the central 3rd … and by February March time the 2nd op should really start making an appearance!

hey guys hope you are all well… quick question … anyone else develop more spots on the crown area after surgery ? I seem to have more on my crown then When I had my first op at the front…. Some are a little sore but not sore enough for me to fe worried about the grafts … should I be concerned or is this totally normal ? Obviously I don’t want to lose any grafts ! Possibly something that happens a lot called foliculitis

Hey Guys So I have had my second hair transplant with Dr Mwamba 10 days ago now. This time 2300 grafts for my crown and zone 3, making it a total of 6000 grafts. 80 of those grafts were used to create a widow's peak on my hairline. I also had my second MesoPRP session at the clinic before the surgery (PRP with Acel and Dutasteride Mesotherapy combined) and started oral minoxidil (2.5mg daily). I am experiencing quite a bit of shedding but Dr Mwamba says it's normal given the second treatment, surgery and specially oral minoxidil, and that my hair will recover in 3 months. So I'll be back with a video at month 8 or 9 and update once my hair recovers and the second transplant starts growing out. I must say my donor is looking like nothing has happened and I am extremely happy with the management and results so far ! Couldn’t thanks Dr Mwamba enough !

Slowly from probably about 18 … it accelerated rapidly when I hit my late 20s … I had a high hairline but very thick hair until my late 20s…. Which is when I started to wear a hair system !

Closing in on the 6 month mark now… still no huge change but things are improving gradually …. I guess the moral of the story is … everyone’s timeline is totally different ! I had some great early growth, and expected month 5 to be mind blowing ! Due to what I’d seen online. Saying that… I have also seen a lot of evidence and studies suggest that it is In fact more from 6 months to 8 months that the significant growth occurs ! Moral of the story is… don’t panic we are all built different … it will happen when it happens

Yes once w week for the first month. Occasionally I may have used it twice but spaced out across the week … and then after yes I did topical which is the red bottle on Monday Wednesday and Friday… then I used the green dut mesotherapy bottle every Sunday coupled with the derma roller ! Hope this helps bro so 4 times a week … just judge it for yourself if you feel you may have any sides then just take one application away per week

Here are two pictures… one is before any surgery and any treatment … This result is a combination of one session of MESO PRP (Dutasteride Mesotherapy and Acell PRP at the clinic ) plus topical dutasteride 0.1% and dutasteride mesotherapy 0.01% from home between sessions which as I explained I do 4 times a week… you can clearly see a huge difference in my crown area now, after only a short time using DUT. I think we will see significant growth over the next couple of months !
