my heart is in a perfect shape, did some test. BPM close to 60 at rest mode
Glad your getting check up's, did you have a EKG? And I assume you had your blood pressure checked?

We will see. I am not expecting miracles to be honest but it feels good to do something about hairloss and hair thickening even if it just helps maintain it.
I will say I have seen 2 VERY good results with Trichoxidil and Saw Palmetto but I don't know if it was either or the other responsible for it.
It's only 5 EUR to add it into the mix so might as well put it in there
Where are you sourcing Trichoxidil from?

it's almost impossible to get oral minoxidil here in canada so let's say I am doing this on my own..
Have you had a medical?, especially need to check your heart before taking oral minox.

He actually talks about the trash hormone on other videos where he implies its trash becuause of the negative effects it can have.
besides you cant deny the risks, they're all facts.

He claims that DHT is a trash hormone. His exact words.
It's a reasonable argument to make that a lot of men can tolerate pretty drastic reductions in their DHT levels, but it's another thing to outright call DHT a trash hormone.
It is a trash hormone, I think you are mistaken on your interpretation of what he means. Its trash because it causes hairloss that no-one wants....so trash.

You will get your vitamins through diet, supplements are a waste of time.
If you are concerned get your blood work done to see if you're low in some vits/mins, even if you are it doesnt mean its affecting your hairloss, and you'd be better off changing your diet rather than popping a pill.

Yes, I have seen that video and the results are good indeed but that serum is a nightmare to apply. The one I use is hydrosoluble and dries within minutes. It also has trichoxidil which works great and your right, you have to be consistent and can expect miracles but if I can have maintenance and slight thickening then it's a win for me.
I have no opinion on CosmeRNA , it's too early to tell, seems promising but also quite strange and pricey. I have my reservations.
RU works but it's a dangerous chemical with potential heart issues, I would never touch it. CB0301 is much safer.
Do you have a link to the saw palmetto you use?

HS are good I was a member of hair club for men for years spent thousands of dollars but at the end for me it wasn’t worth it any more . So I went with the new Hair transplants and it has worked out !!and now I’m saving money not buying systems and keep it looking good with hair systems the color fads and you real need to keep on top or it will really look like a bad hair piece. I known had it a long time . Hope this helps tho the new HS ate incredible looks very natural pros and cons on both but I like having my own hair and not something siting on my head but that just me everyone is different. Hope this helps good luck and do your research 🧐

Some people have no choice though. Its an individual choice. Pieces dont have to cost very much either, some just a couple of hundred bucks from top firms and can last many months.

How is he a looney?

He is annoying but he knows his stuff, if you want to risk it then fair do, but so many seem to be taking it without any research which is very very risky.

Scary.

Have been on 5mg for a year. Excellent result so far zero sides. Hair is thicker all over. Very little shedding, can't believe this treatment was sitting under our noses since the 80s. I started liquid Rogaine when it first came out in the late 80s. I hated it as it was messy and made my scalp itch. Used many variations over the last 20 years of liquid forms. Nothing comes close to the oral form for results.
Do you have check ups about your heart?

Any good hair Masks you like?
Not any in particular just try one and see how you get on.

Its tougher for a women I think. But dont lose hope. Your hair doesnt define you and you musn't let it. I don't want to sound harsh but there are people with terrible lives who would love to have hair as their only issue. That said you have lots of options to improve your look. Repairs, smp, fibres, hair pieces.....You have to focus on improving your mental health, getting perspective and realising there are ways to improve.

And 'gambler' apparantly finds facts funny.

Feel free to tell me why you think that was funny 'gambler' when all the science backs my statement up.

Usually they say one's hair loss comes from their mother's genetics. But has anyone here ever had their hair loss pattern come out to be like someone from their father's side (father, grandfather, uncle?)?
Thats a myth it comes from both.

look at your mothers brothers aka uncles and their dad aka grandpa on mothers side....determines hair.
Thats a myth, genes come from both mothers and fathers side.

Its a myth that you get Hair loss from either your mother or father its a combination of the 2. And it can indeed skip generations. I know someone who was really thinning in his teens yet the rest of his brothers and 75 yeard old dad still have all their hair...and seen people whos dada is slick bald but the son has great hair.

I always wonder how people come to the conclusion that fin has stopped working, its pretty unlikely, how do you come to the conclusion its stopped working, most will still lose hair on Fin.

It's easy, quick and efficient. It's really not as uncommon or unknown as the guy in that video makes it out to be: https://www.hairlosscure2020.com/oral-minoxidil-to-treat-hair-loss/
Its the detail he goes into about oral minox that is as scary as hell.
-
why oral minox? Pretty risky.
-
Theres be no studies that say taking a vitamin tablet will help your hair loss this is because if you have a decent diet you will be getting all the vits and mins you need, adding to this can be dangerous.
Have your blood work checked to see if you're deficient before wasting your money and risking your health, if you are deficient the best way is to adjust your diet not pop a pill.
