  1. You could definitely delay a hair transplant procedure for now....You may get good results with PRP that could boost thickness and density. If you did want to add density then 1500 would be great and 2000 grafts would be amazing. Either way a win/win situation. Enjoy the process.
  2. Appearance of density is very much the case when there is significant hair loss and we cannot cover the scalp as part of the first procedure. This gives the illusion of density which is focused in the frontal tuft and hairline that then may thin out towards the crown until a future session can be booked to restore that area.
  3. Another great question is "Can I see some before and afters of patients that had similar hair loss to myself"?
  4. Due to individual variation in growth phases its encouraged to take before and afters after 1 year to determine the true success of the procedure.
  5. I agree that both procedures are excellent options for the head depending on the many factors mentioned above. I'd say though that FUT is a better option for the beard and eyebrows as the grafts can be slivered with more supporting tissue into individual units that appears much more natural when transplanted into the face.
  6. Great video of post op instructions. I'll direct my patients to it. Baby oil could also be used to gently soften the scabs. Gentle pat drying would be method of drying.
