  1. 7 months, the left side of the hair is still thin at the bottom, the top is thicker. the right side still has a blank area, but the hair on this side is thicker. when I brush my hair straight, you can't see it, when I lift it up you can see it straight away. Do I have a chance to make them bold on the left side? and make the voids disappear ?. how many percent of growth and improvement are still waiting for me ?. what do you recommend I have been using minoxidil for a month. from the beginning biotin and saw palmetto. on average I'm not happy.

He's trying to say that you keep starting new threads every month asking the same thing. Try to keep updating your progress in *one single thread*. That way all the previous information can be seen by everyone in one place.

You've got a few gaps where possibly some grafts didn't take or you've had some shock loss or further recession on the pre-existing hairs (seeing as you're not on finasteride and are in your 20's when hair loss is typically at its most aggressive). It's not a major issue at this stage though, you may see some additional growth in those areas given you're in the stage where most of the growth is happening.

What I would say is that the hairline looks very straight, with few if any micro-irregularities which would help give it a more soft, natural look. There also appears to be multi graft hairs in the hairline, although unless you pull your hair back and get some good, high quality close ups of the hairline, it's hard to say for sure.

understand everything, I know that finasteride could give me a cooler effect and stop my hair loss, but I'm afraid of the symptoms, because estrogen came out very high, so I would have symptoms for sure. Is there an alternative? I have biotin, saw palmetto and that's it. I don't want to lose the good effect, I want to help myself. I am counting on some advice, thank you.

  3. hello, it's been 6th month. on the right I have such spaces, on the left it looks better. maybe I should lubricate these places with something? help them somehow ? My medicine ( biotin 1x, saw palmetto x1, field horsetail X1 ) I'm afraid they'll stay until the end. overall the transplanted hair is not quite thick yet, you can see the difference. how do you rate and what do you recommend for this problem?.  sometimes use microfiber, is it harmful to the hair? I add photos before and after 6 months, thank you and waiting for your help.

WAY TOO EARLY to even consider thinking about judging the results of your hair transplant. At 8 months I would be starting to have an opinion. Having said that (and without seeing any pre op pics) it appears that your transplanted grafts are coming through. Who was your surgeon and how many grafts were used? Thanks for sharing!

Yoo retouch clinic Turkey. 4200 grafts . And this ja photo before

Looks like you have a lot of pimples. You may want to consult with your surgeon, as they can prescribe you something to help

This is normal, i dont must use anything.

I'm asking for hair growth, is everything ok at this stage? more on the right, less on the leftI'm asking for hair growth, is everything ok at this stage? more on the right, less on the left

Definitely safe after 2 months, not too sure about using direct off the plant I would double check unless it's something you're familiar with. I just applied to the recipient area as my donor healed well but you can also use on donor area if you wish, it'll also help with itching and dryness.

which aloe do you recommend? I don't know what specific product to buy

Everything looks fine. You're at that wonderful stage of worry where everything looks and feels shit. Just keep at it and have faith. My best advice is to start using aloe Vera gel morning and night. It started easing off my redness within days and I even felt like it helped the hairs pop through. Even it was placebo or not I am just over 4 1/2 months drug free and pretty much have full coverage. Good luck

have natural aloe vera at home, I can squeeze it out. two questions. put on the front of the head? or just the back? And this is save? nothing will happen?

  8. Hi, I am two months after the hair transplant, everything has fallen out, single hairs are growing, more on the right side. Left side almost nothing. I am taking general vitamins, not using minoxidil and finasteride, waiting for the test results and maybe to start. Is it normal that there is almost nothing now? do you have any advice I want it to be the best and I am still thinking what to do to help myself, thank you for the advice.
