    hey, i've had a hair transplant for a year and a half, the effect is not perfect, but it can be. I can see that old natural hair is getting thinner and empty spaces. I'm afraid of finasteride tablets and I bought topical I have the whole bottle but I'm also afraid to start, did any of you have any side effects from topical?     everybody writes topical, I did homemade, I mixed minoxidil with finasteride in tablets, I used it for a month but I stopped, I don't know if it works, but a lot of people do it, it's hard to buy topical in my country, there is one called "polaris" there is finasteride and monoxidil 12 percent and very expensive and lasts for a month. What do you think about saw palmetto, I eat tablets and I have a shampoo supposedly to block dht?

    Hi, I am a year after the transplant, currently I use ;essence; shampoo from Italy with saw palmetto and I also eat tablets with palm, I am moderately satisfied with the effect. mainly I am afraid that the center of the head will fall out, because I had only the bends transplanted, I am also afraid of finasteride because I am a neurotic and I had depression, and I know that it can affect my condition, I want to improve the quality of hair and these spaces, what I can do best in this moment?     but I don't have a haircut here, I can cover with microfiber, there is no such tragedy as you say, I will put my hair in a nice hairstyle and it's okay. I'm not going to be jumping clinics all the time and spending a lot of money. I've been in cheaper so I knew it wasn't going to be perfect, I'm just annoyed with these spaces, I'll start taking finasteride in a while, maybe it'll get better, I've seen worse cases and a lot of it, you don't have to make me so sad.

    Hello, I am 9 months after the transplant, I have been taking biotin, zinc, saw palmetto, and minoxidil for two months. The transplanted hair is very thin at the bottom, when I lift it up, you can see the difference, I still have empty holes in the hair, you can see in the photos, what can I do to improve it all? Because the effect is not very nice. ( yooretouch clinic Turkey, JACKSTRONGHAIR ) . I have to struggle with microfibers... When I put them down you can't see it, but if you lift this hair up, you can see it very much. Please help me something, greetings.

    I was at the visit to the endocrinologist, the only thing that scared me was every doctor sends me somewhere else and he has no knowledge, he scared the side effects that after discontinuation they may even be, I probably won't go anywhere anymore because these people only annoy me. Maybe I should try it myself, half a tablet or even quarters, I am transplanted and my hair in the 8th month is thin and there are empty spaces, that's the only way out, someone will help me because I don't know what to do anymore, greetings.

    I don't eat much, normally, like every human being. what does ED mean? do you have naturally high estrogen and were you taking finasteride at the time? I can really see that the baldness is progressing so I'm in a hurry. I was sure I was going to take half a pill, but you scared me haha.     everything okay, it's hard for me to get to a good endocrinologist, that's why i want to take on my own, estrogen is such an obstacle? I am skinny and I have a good weight for height, I have nothing to lose weight on, maybe it's best to just start with a low dose or make my own topical based on minoxidil and tablets. Poland.
