First of all sorry for late reply due to busy schedule and holidays Thanks for all who replied on this thread ... Based on your comments it look like that I need another surgery on Crown area .However I am still unsure about result and impact for second session only on front and middle as most of us are agreed that not enough grafts were placed on crown Anyway based on comments provided , I had decided to go for 3rd surgery with Dr Humayun and received 1997 grafts on my third visit . it took make my total tally to more then 6700. I am hoping that I don't need another one though my finger is crossed . Please feel free to post ur comments Thanks Hair Restoration Site for mayur

Hi Guys I need your assistance ...... I had 2 surgeries of more then 4700 grafts (2400 +2300 ) with Doc Humayun Mohmand . I am extremely happy with result from first ops however having bit of reservation about second I am unable to observe any difference on crown area which is sort of bench mark for me for success of second surgery simply because baldness is quit visible there . Front is better from 1st surgery but not sure about exact effect due to last surgery as second transplant was performed just after 10 months from 1st one so full effects from 1st transplant was still on card plus I have existing hairs as well. I am not sure about exact grafts placed on crown .I am attaching my post ops pics just before & after 1st ops and result after 2nd Surgeory which is heading toward more then 1 years 2 months old now to give you an idea. I was told before second ops that I will same result in my crown as first. Hey man u r right i have more acceptble result on 7th month .stay there ,wait for 1 whole year before judging final result .i m at 9th and still have feeling that new hairs are comming out
