Dude your hair looks good man. Really good. Infections happen I went to the best knee surgeon in NYC, operated 1000x of athletes and I had a minor infection, it’s life. I love your result and I think Dr. Ferreira did an amazing job. He’s crazy busy man. I feel bad for him cause I know he’s none stop. I went to him in April and during our break, the emails that were coming in…… dude, it’s to bad he’s one guy. He’s the man tho. I recommend him to anyone, extremely professional

Yeah absolutely. People speak very highly of Dr. Bicer, and there are many great results as well. Again you’ll see many more responses in here for sure. I live in USA and some of the prices here were outrageous to me, and I really started paying attention to quality and how clinics operate, I believe I made the best decision. I didn’t choose on price but for this kind of thing, I did my research extensively. Don’t be afraid to keep looking

Well you took the right step in coming here my friend. I would highly consider Dr Ferreira. I had my procedure done back in April and the experience was 10/10. I think I can speak for many people when I say that going into it you’re so anxious and worried, but by the time you’re in there you’re just ready to change your life. I’m not sure what the prices are for Dr. Ferreira (now),but I would consider setting up a consultation and just waiting.. cause it’s gonna be some time. But if you look at Dr.Pinto work… man, he’s class as well. So many good doctors, I tried to stay away from Turkey cause I wanted the experience to be all from the doctor.

I honestly think you will not make the wrong choice no matter who you choose. I personally will be going to Dr. Ferreira in May. I've seen amazing results and everyone who has gone to him has raved about his work ethic. I think you have chosen the best of the best, but ultimately it's up to you. Do not rush this. I've thought long and hard about this, and I mean LONG, but now I feel is the perfect time and I have full confidence in Dr. Ferreira. Obviously Dr. Couto & Dr. De Freitas are amazing as well, but you've chosen the best. Hope this helps.

What are your guys thoughts on this process and how effective is this treatment using minoxidil and finasteride? I've seen good results on YouTube and other sites, but I figured I go ahead and have someone here with experience or knowledge tell me a little more.

Yeah the mid and frontal are my #1 priority, I'm going into this with a realistic approach and trying to dive into research before I pull the trigger. I know for a fact that FUT would be so much better for the first procedure, I have a relatively thinner donor area so I think attempting FUT first would be ideal, and in a few years, God willing, why not go for FUE.

I have sent my pictures to surgeons and they given me rough estimate on how many grafts I would need (3000-3500). I've also made it know to them that realistically speaking I am interested in my frontal/hairline region more than anything else. I guess when I speak to them in terms of the consultation these are the questions I would love to ask before hand. I've been keeping up with many of the forum discussions on here and I have to say, you guys are extremely helpful to say the least.

So I am 28 years old and have been taking finasteride 1mg for about 10 months daily. I've also been applying minoxidil for about 4 months as well. Within the next 3-4 month I hope to have a hair transplant. My question is after the transplant, does being on finasteride improve the chances of the native hair not falling off during shock loss?
