    Looks amazing. I remember our discussion back and forth before the surgery. You wanted facts before jumping in the surgery chair. And this approach is highly recommend for every patient. At BHR we don't sell, we try to educate and let the patient decide. A hair transplant is life changing and choosing the right clinic and Dr is important. And this result once again proves Dr Bisanga is one of the top surgeons without doubt. Cheers Maa! I'm happy for you!

    Thanks for the update month 5! We can see result getting better every month. Hair angles are perfect (as usual with Dr Bisanga) Normally one side will grow faster. It’s just the way grafts wake up. Specially in early months. Looking forward to new updates!

    The white bulbs are the top part of the graft (epithelium) turning white when absorbing the saline solution we spray during surgery. After surgery it will dry and fall off naturally. This part of the graft belong outside the skin and if placed inside you end up with cooblestone and pitting in skin. Some clinics trim the graft before placing, but it's a balance and should be done carefully not harming the bulb region where you have the stem cells for the growth.
