You are now either 34 or 35 depending on your birth month 😊
You are right! 35! people usually tell me I am 26 or 28
Btw I meant to say this before:
QuoteThe Dr charges 3.5 euros for the first 1000 grafts and then 2.5 euros from the graft 1001 onwards

Congrats on your both procedures. Looking at your photos after the first HT, I was going to suggest you a touch up on your immediate hairline. Scrolling down the page, I saw you had the second HT 😊
Increasing the density and little peak in the middle will make your hair look more natural; very good decision (I would do the same)
How old are you?
How much does the doctor charge per graft?
Thank you Kaya!

Regarding my age... lately I don't want to say it 😂 what age do you think I am ?

The wavy characteristics of your hair really help enhance the results. Very natural. I've seen some cases from this doctor on the Spanish forums and I generally like his work.
How many grafts were used for the crown area in the first surgery? It looks like a modest amount and your loss in that area wasn't nearly as bad as the front.
Hey, yep he is a top doctor.
He used only around 600 follicles in the crown area, in fact that area has been untouched in this second operation as the Dr Heinicke told me that for the moment it was not necessary to spend more grafts in that area and better save them the for the future and then lets see how it evolves.

@ciberxtrem How does your donor look after 3900 grafts? What size punch was used?
Hey Im very happy with my donor, i have a lot o bullets for more operations in the future
The punch used was 0,75 mm.
This is the picture of my donor area a year ago, it was also a year of the hair transplant.
Now I have done a second operation to touch a bit the first line to have a peak and also to adding extra density to the frontal to have more volume, I think it will now be perfect when making toupee or having a ponytail
And this are the first selfies from just some hours after the operation.
Operation info:
* Number of follicles: around 750
I will update the info and pictures when clinic send me it all
Have a nice day and better hair mates!

Wow that’s an amazing transformation. Thanks for sharing, do you have any selfie type pictures before the hair transplant? Awesome wavy hair btw 👍🏼
Heyy! thanks Melvin!
I really hate this photo but yep, this was some months before the transplant.
..And this was like a couple of months ago:
(This was the last time I had a haircut like a month ago) And now I can have a ponytail

Looks great, a huge difference to where you first started, and you look like a completely new man. I have seen a few of his youtube videos on his channel and have always been impressed with the transformations, so its nice to see a patient testimonial.
Are you taking any medication or undergoing any other treatments such as PRP or laser?
Is he a german doctor working out of Spain? Thanks Curius25!
I am taking medication since a year before the operation and still doing so, I take Finasteride 1mg and also once PRP every 6 months or so, though I will do a PRP earlier now because, not sure if due to the stress cause by the pandemia or what, but I noticed too much hair loss three months ago.
I started using topi Minoxidil but I had headaches and I had the feeling that my skin under the eyes was looking bad, so I stopped the Minoxidil after one month.
Dr Hans Heinicke is from Peru, though given his surname I think he should have a dutch background, but I did not asked it to him. He started his career as a hair doctor in Spain. But in fact he is going to start a new clinic in Peru very soon and he will be operating himself in both places; Spain and Peru.

Hello, my name is Mario, I am from Spain, I was operated by the doctor Hans Heinicke in Barcelona, almost 20 months ago, I am really super happy with it as it has changed my face and my life.
The hairline is really youthful, which I love (and people think I am way younger in fact )!
Pre operation photos:
This was day 10 post operation, I never saw myself with the hair so short, but I liked
Month 9 right after going to the hairdresser's:
A year after operation with wet hair:
And to finish this post I will just put this comparative, I am no longer the same person, even internally I have evolved a lot!
I hope you have enjoy it! Have a good day and a better hair!
Here you have the video of the clinic with the whole evolution thru the first year

I considered only the top doctors in Spain, also Dr Couto but don't know how much is charging neither the wait now but at that time the wait was more than one year for all that I considered, and some cases even more than 2 years
As for Dr Hans Heinicke I also had to wait more than one year but now it is around 6 months.
