Hair shedding doesn’t equal hair loss. It could be a seasonal shed. Are you ok finasteride?

Thanks for this, interesting read. It doesn't mention when you should start to see that hair grow back or even if?

Any news on this Egy?
I've had a similar result. Was looking 7-9 months but noticed a few hairs daily on comb. Went to get it cut before barbers shut for lockdown and noticed patches missing.
What did Cinik say in the end?

Is the first picture 7 or 11 th months?
it looks like could be some hairs has gone into resting phase. As you were slick bald, its shockloss as normally could be.You can get shockloss almost a year on?

Dr Arshad (the hair dr) is supposed to be good. He is based in Leeds in the UK.
i think he is like 2 euro a graft.
you can see his results on hair loss experiences.
£3 a graft now.

I wanted to go for a consultation last year and was told that he no longer worked at the clinic in Nottingham

A LOT of terrible reviews for KSL, I wouldn't go to them even if they were free.

@DThak actually Demirsoy can’t be considered upselling because he is one of the cheapest Doctor in the world.
Cinik is a place where the doctor has little to absolutely no involvement with the surgery so obviously your results will depend on tech available on the day of your surgery.
Sure some people will be lucky to get a good tech but knowing that this is how all inclusive hairmills work even if you and @Egy both went to Cinik you have to be aware that telling someone to go there because you are happy doesn’t mean they will be happy because they can get a different tech and come out with a botched hair transplant.Egy is aware of this so that’s why I asked you why you were recommending Hairmills.
Yeah and as long as you know that the doctor has very little involvement then that is fine. If someone has a budget of $3000 there is no point just scaring them off and telling them that unless they can afford Demisroy then just don't bother. Going to a hairmill can be life changing in a positive way for many many people, it shouldn't be written off just because it's technician only or because you know someone had a bad result.

Because 4 months down the line from my visit to Cinik I'm happy with my result.
If someone wants to get their HT done on a budget there are places available. Not everyone must be upsold to Demisroy at the mention of Turkey.

I am currently looking to get my second hair transplant after a failed first one. With a $3000 budget where do you suggest I go in Turkey? Currently I’m looking into Asli Tarcan
Never heard of that name. Look up Cinik, Yavuz, Cosmedica or Fuecapilar. All got good results.

According to the WHO the US has surpassed China and Italy in reported cases. However, the numbers China have put out are laughable and I would bet the numbers are actually triple what they reported, especially the deaths. They lied from the beginning. I believe Italy's numbers are true, from what I gather they have three times as many deaths as the US, but the US has more cases. The only thing I can think of is the overall age of the population. Another thing I have considered is that there may be more diseases in the US, and therefore, the population has a stronger immunity. Same thing happened to the Native Americans when they were wiped out by the common cold from conquistadors and pilgrims.
I'm still finding it hard to believe that this virus is much worse than the flu, just based on the numbers in the US. Each year around 34,000-61,000 people die a year. I understand what the media says and how there's so much conflicting information, some say it's way worse and catastrophic, take a look at Italy. But now we've surpassed Italy, and the numbers are not even close to Italy, in terms of deaths.
You should tell the ICU doctors round the country/world that then because they seem pretty worried about it.

Wonder if any of the people who posted about this still read and post on here? Would like to know what the outcome was and if pulling them out with tweezers helped.

Dr Reddy would be the only one I would choose if I had the money to burn.
Hair Dr (Dr Arshad) seems to be getting decent results but he's not that experienced imo.

How many days did you wait to shave Paddy?

Items possible, but it depends on the thickness of your hair. If you have fine thin hair it will take more grafts. This guy has thick curly hair, someone with fine hair would need nearly double the amount for the same appearance.
Is that totally out of the equation? He has more hair remaining in front of his crown so I'm guessing it's unlikely?
My hair on the back of my head is thick.

I suggest submitting consultations to some proven clinics. Try Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Yaman, Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Sethi, Dr. Bansal etc. Just to name a few.
First what are your expectations? Can you post pictures of the kind of results you would be satisfied with? I'll say this, you need way more than 4,000 grafts to address the entire scalp.
Would something like this be realistic? Like I say I'm not expecting full coverage or anything, as long as the front and middle looks a lot better.
-
Why would you wait on the crown?
I'm not as bothered about the crown as I just want the hair to look normal when people see me face on but obviously I wouldn't want it to be gaping either.
-
Any advice regarding how many grafts should go where from anyone would be appreciated.

Been reading here for a month or so now and ready to take the plunge. Deciding between Dr cinik and Dr yavuz, both in Turkey.
I've sent them my pictures and they've got back to me with their proposed plans. From reading here I've always seen it said that putting hairs in the crown can be a waste so was wanting your opinions here
