Hello,
I had nice blonde hair before my hair transplant. I've been taking finasteride and minoxidil for over a year each and neither have darkened my blonde hair, however after the transplant my blonde hairs did not grow in blonde again.
I understand that my donor hairs may be darker in color than the recipient hairs, but none of it has lightened with time.
How soon after a hair transplant is it safe to try non corrosive lightening products? I am looking at this lightening spray in particular:
https://www.amazon.com/John-Frieda-Lightening-Controlled-Chamomile-BlondMend/dp/B004DK7DVCI am not interested in using a real hair dye, so I am hopeful that there are other ways to get my hair lighter/blonder again.

Did you find an alternative?
is John Frieda’s shampoo actually that bad for a hair transplant?

Looks promising, but apparently they only have dark brown and black! Any ideas on where to get medium/dark blonde hair fibers in Bangkok?

They sell Toppik virtually everywhere in the world. You could probably find this at beauty store.
Thanks for the input, unfortunately I am having trouble finding a location based off google alone and the beauty stores I have visited do not appear to have it or know what I am talking about. I am hoping for a more specific recommendation or another way to search!

I am in dire need of any form of hair fiber that is dark blonde that can be purchased in the city of Bangkok. I am backpacking here at the moment so I don’t have a permanent address to order anything, so I am searching for in-store locations.
Please let me know if you have any ideas!
Thanks in advance

Can you post pictures of what your hair looked like before having any surgeries? We discontinued Dr. Doganay's participation years ago, I hope he has improved his practice since. Dr. Feriduni, Bisanga and Erdogan are all great surgeons, Dr. Bhatti has put out quality work as well and is probably the cheapest out of all of them. But yea, if you live in the states that flight is a killer. I believe Dr. Bisanga has better pricing in his Athens clinic, and he no longer runs it with another surgeon that can't be named here.
Why can that surgeon be no longer named here?

So helping patients was the only reason they opened a clinic in Athens? Not profits? What a noble cause my friend 🙄
Perhaps @Raphael84 meant to imply that a significant customer-need was there, and the new clinic wanted to target that need. It is understandable that any for-profit business operates with the goal of making profit

Both have quoted similar graft counts for similar prices.
- Dr. Bisanga has opened a clinic where he will supervise two other surgeons who that help with punch extraction and incisions, and the technicians do the placing process.
- Koray Erdogan at ASMED on the other hand will design the hairline whereas I believe technicians do all the rest of the work. I understand ASMED's reputation has been wavering for mega-sessions, but the amount I was quoted definitely isn't considered a megasession. I also have heard a lot more negativity about ASMED but the post's from users actually seem pretty solid, so I think ASMED's clinic still seems ideal.
Is Bisanga's reputation for his new clinic enough to go to it, even if he realistically has no part in the procedure?
Best way to secure hair fibers in wind
in Shampoos, sprays, and concealers

Hello,
Whenever I apply hair fiber and I use something like Toppik's fiber lock spray or standard mens' hair spray, if I lightly graze my hair a batch of fibers floats off extremely visibly. It's annoying having a cloud of fiber all over the place every time I brush my hair and I'm concerned wind will blow it all off in that case.
I also don't even apply that much in the first place, just a few little shakes where it's needed.
Any tips to secure hair fibers?
