Dang man I think those results are looking pretty good. Thank you for posting this!

I am personally considering Nader and this result only 4 months in gives me more confidence in moving forward with him tbh.

I def think you should be seeing some more thickness coming in, but even where it is now I think it’s pretty good.

Thk you . I feel in two months should really be able to make a the call on it

Hi there. I’m just wondering if anybody has any tips about getting in touch with Dr. Nader‘s office? I sent an email and they originally responded to me… It was Brenda the office manager and it’s now been three weeks since that initial email and even though I’ve emailed them several times she does not get back to me.

I speak with him weekly. What's your email and I will ask him to get back with you

Good luck with your outcome this time around!

I'm sorry you didn't yield the results you should have had with the first operation. This is the first failed FUE I've seen from Nader, and I'm really curious as to what exactly sunk it. It doesn't seem that he's used any different methods or instruments than he has for most other patients, and they've all had consistently solid-to-great results.

Part of it definitely seemed to be a miscalculation on his part. Most patients I've seen who needed that extent of coverage required well over 2,000 grafts.

The real crux of the failure, however, seems to be a poor graft-survival rate. Your hairline shouldn't have been that see-through with that amount of grafts, unless they were all single-follicle grafts.

Has Nader shared any theories as to why there was apparently so much graft loss? Anything that might have caused graft rejections?

Most likely it was just anomaly and you'll get better results from this second FUE, but I don't feel as if the initial failure should go unexplained.

It could be due to several factors . Graft miscalculation and I do not have many triple and quad  hair follicles. Per the count sheet, I have a majority of singles and doubles.

Ya I had the same question. Nader's post op care says to very gently wash and massage the recipient area starting day 3 (48 hours post HT). He explained the idea is to begin removing the scabs or at least starting to "sand them down".

I followed the instructions and washed and massaged on day 3, but haven't since then as it seems a bit on the aggressive side. I don't think I lost or damaged anything but just being safe

I just sent Nader a text asking for the reasoning behind this and that others state to wait a week.

  5. Just finished my 2nd procedure with Dr. Nader. Was such a great experience. He has perfected the "no pain" numbing.

He and I both feel confident that this procedure Will yield the results that he and I want. The goal is to achieve thickness in the areas that were transplanted last year. He did a slight modification to the hairline because I really wanted to have more coverage in the temple and frontal widow peak.

He did advise me to eliminate creatine from pre-workouts etc. He said there are some studies that are linking creatine to hair thinning.

It's 7:25 pm and I'm back in the hotel for a few hours now and I am pain free chilling .

Also out of curiosity, is the response about the Choi pens/incision method/solution a direct copy and paste of what Nader said?

Yes. I sent him the questions that members have suggested.

I am scheduled to see him on Nov 11.

He thinks my issue is the miscalculation on how my grafts I needed and amount  per sq cm.

Dr. Nader has been phenomenal throughout the year. Answers text within 1 hour.

  8. Message from Dr. Nader :

    Update on Dr. Nader's process:

We use the Choi implanter pen, but I don't believe a stabbing pen is the best option for the skin, so we do a previous incision with a cut to size blade before, and use the pen to place the grafts without handling the graft to minimize damage.

The holding solution is Hypothermosol, and we do not let the grafts out of body for more than 6 hours in large cases. We also label the grafts by time and by number of hairs per graft, so the first graft out is the first graft in.

Hey no worries if you don't want to say on the public thread, but is Nader charging you anything for the revision or is it totally free? Or have you not fully discussed those details yet?
