Hello,
I am at month 2 after my first hair transplant done with DHI in Turkey,
I have been told that the hair will fall out in 2 or 3 weeks and grow again,
Yet I am in month 2 today and I have not lost even one strand of hair since my hair transplant, the hair grew a lot, less in recipient areas thou but still visible growth.
Any idea what is going on ?? will this hair fall or not ?

It's thyroid hormone, enter the link study and you will see the results, it's about hair growth and grey hair, opinion ?

What troll dude ? I have few posts here, I dont have time for childish trolling around hair loss forums

Big research on this data, recently in the lab I work we have stumbled across this study.
I need some of your opinions (please no trolls or kids here) this is serious
QuoteCONCLUSIONS:
These data suggest that follicles in the telogen phase can be induced to enter the anagen phase by the topical application of T3. This thyroid hormone may reverse graying of the terminal hair. In the in vitro experiments, T3 stimulated hair shaft growth. Follicular melanocytes may be the target cell for these actions.

0evidence bro, be honest, 0
"is bad for health" is all we hear about salt too, and people are iodine deficient and losing hair on that hardcore
try to show more evidence, we are mature enough to do that.. when we want to prove something, i m speaking about hair loss here, not about heart or getting fat.

Ok great, same question.
Some people said that nothing as supplement needed after hair transplant, while the post above probes otherwise.
Any ideas what is GOING ON ?

These are mixed opinions.
I really wanna know can it harm my hair transplant or not ? the pressure on head is not big, it's moderate with this cap.

Then why most guys here take k2 , molybendum, copper, zinc, magnesium, vit d3, panthotenic acid, iodine
after hair transplant ? the forum is full of them. I really want to understand.
Thank you

Hello. So I am like 10 days after my DHI hair transplant and I started working.
I kinda hate my bald look thou and I plan on wearing a cap 8 hour a day. That type of rap cap that hip-hoppers wear in music clips.
Is it ok ? could it affect my hair ? or grafts ? or the hair transplant over all ?
BE honest.
thank you

Cool bro ! I was wondering, why do you take the supplements below your signature ?
I asked around these forums if any supplements are needed after hair transplant and these guys said no.
So ?!
Also what type of k2 u take ?

High cholesterol makes your blood vessels tighter, less circulation, high risk of heart disease and many other issues. Saturated fat boosts up LDL cholesterol. Saturated fat shouldnt be avoided tho, but it should be taken in low dosages. Drinking eggs is just a very dumb idea. You shouldnt take more than 400mg of cholesterol a day, and one egg large egg yolk has 180 mg of cholesterol. I can only assume that you are taking atleast 3 egg yolks which is already a lot. Cholesterol is present in meat, dairy products, so you can end up stacking up a good amount of cholesterol by eating too much of all of that. Eat 50grams of fiber a day, especially if your diet is high in cholesterol, it can help reduce it.
So. Eat a lot of veggies. Take a shit ton of brocolli, carrots and other veggies in the mixer, make a soup out of it and chug it down for the easy micronutrients and fiber. Take vitamin D supplement, thats a must on winter. 90% of the people are in deficiency of that vitamin during winter so taking a supplement is a good idea. (up to 500IU a day, i take 10 000 every 2 days because thats how much the pill has). Protein get from chicken breasts, beans, lentils and rice. Mixing these foods will bring you a lot of health benefits.I think a dumb idea is writing when you have no idea what I'm talking about tho, raw eggs are the best source on earth of choline as it gets destroyed on temp, that choline goes straight into gluthiatone antioxidant aka fountain of youth; most bodybuilders drink 10-12 raw eggs daily.
Why do you recommend vit D thou ? I am talking straightly about hair loss here, not about health benefits,
I still don't see any evidence you have provided ? on saturated/unsaturated fat and cholesterol causing further hair-loss

I drink raw eggs daily for choline and cysteine, also drink extra virgin olive oil to gain fat.
So why would I avoid saturated fat and cholesterol ? can you explain ?

Makes no sense, lots of accounts on the net claiming "use no anticoagulants " after hair transplant, why ? some say that it can cause hair loss or miniaturisation
btw i was taking them for better circulation that s all i dont have any disease or affection

Thank you kindly for your answer,
Honestly, is there anything one can do to kep the existing hairs healthy and up ? I mean, to keep as much hair as possible without further hair loss after the hair transplant.. excluding the usual finasterid/propecia/minoxidil dangerous drugs
THE PRP ?

Ok guys, same question, I 've read on most clinics websites this : YOU SHOULD NEVER USE BLOOD THINNERS.
Ok why ? I plan on taking turmeric and aspirin all my life, yet they are both blood thinners. Why I shouldn't use them ?

Foam shampoo contains large amounts of panthenol, aloe vera and other antioxidants. Pills contain from copper, zinc to biotine, lysine, choline and other things.
I was curious if anyone who had a hair transplant went on such long after-care medication / special shampoo or if it's not needed at all

Yes, avoid foods that are too processed and full of junk, hydrogenated oils, eat healthy basic sources of protein (free range eggs, grass fed beef/pork/chicken), soy-filled foods, dairy (I stick to just organic Greek yogurt and haven’t touched milk in years), too much sugar. Just my opinion.
Honestly, dairy ? this is what caused me the most intense shed and acne breakout... always. Most people swear by dairy doing this so, I don't think dairy is good for hair problematic people

So all in all, any ideas on what foods should I avoid ?
-
I don't touch finasteride poison or propecia.
-
Don't risk FIN, you might end up castrated too

So I've read on the net somewhere that hormones in food can cause/accelerate hairloss. Is this true ? I eat lots of chickens so I wanna know if this could be possible.
Waiting a doctor opinion, thanks

What's weird, the clinic I've been to, recommended me this special FOAM + shampoo + pills (antioxidants vitamins minerals) for
1 year !
But I think it's odd. Cause I can't find such a regimen after hair transplant, so what do you think guys ?
