Would you say the overall best one to purchase is an A6 with 12 gauge needles then? I havent had a hair transplant yet but was hoping this will help with thinning as part of the regime

great photos !!! im looking to try this and have been on ebay looking at the dr pen a6 unit, when buying replacement needles how many needle size do you think is best for hair loss? do you replace the needle after every use? or just clean with alcohol? many thanks

Appreciate the reply Cosmo! Where are hasson and Wong and asmed based? I am by no means weathly but it to me is the difference between life and death as i have a an adnormal head shape and I'm so concious of it. My hair hides it slightly and makes me feel normal so I'm willing to spend whatever it takes for a good ethical result. Thanks again

Hi I have a very odd head shape. Shaving the recipient area is not an option. Who are the top specialists in the world at doing no shave in recipient area? I'm not worried about hiding the donor area? Thanks for your help
