  1. Sorry marcelo I dont, however Dr. Cooley took plenty of before and after surgery. If you need to see them he can show you or maybe he can download the to me and I will put them up
  2. Hi guys, IT'S BEEN AWHILE SINCE I LAST POSTED, I had my first procedure 1160 in the front 3rd by Dr. Baxa a year ago and I am pleased with the job he did. I was considering a 2nd procedure to get some more density and was going to go back to Baxa but figured I needed to do my homework again and realized that Dr.Cooley was the best choice, I was not disappointed. The Job he did was awesome, he made the hairline much more natural and added temple work, which my previous doctor could not do. I am 7 days post op and I had less scabing and no swelling this time. I had another 1700 fu in the front 3rd which will get me where i want to be as far as density goes.I cant say enough about his staff, they are truely professionaland Dr. Cooley is an artist.

  4. Brando, The 50% that I refered to is new growth from the transplant and most of it is about a 1/4 inch long now. I recieved almost a totally new hairline because I am a norwood 3, so far I am pleased with the way it looks, it is not quite as dense as I would like it but I am only 3 months post op, I see new growth every week so I am hoping it will thicken up over the next few months. if I lost any of my existing hair from shock I didnt notice, I guess I was lucky after reading some of the other posts, I was on minoxidil for 3 years and propecia for about 6 months before I had the HT done I think that helped with the shock loss. If you want to see what I had done wee can meet, you can e-mail me at gregwhit1@aol.com
  5. Hey Brando, Sorry it took so long to get back to you I have been out of town, I had all of the HT done on the front 3rd of my head I was a norwood 2-3 and I had 1160 fu done . Thankfully I had very little shock loss of my existing hair.It is now 3 months and I probably have about 50% regrowth right now and I am looking forward to the next couple of months. Good luck with your search. Whit
  6. Hey Brando, I had my HT done by Dr. Baxa in Charlotte in Nov and I would recommend you talk to him also before you decide. I had 1160 fu done and I am very pleased with the result, as far as the scar is concerned I had my wife look at it and she has a hard time finding it. Good luck in your search. Whit
  7. You can get it at GNC it cost about 63.00 and no side effects that I can tell, there is a booklet you can buy from the MFG for 1.00 that explains what, how, why. hope it helps you. Whit
  8. I have been a reader for about 3 months now and have only posted reply's a few times but i think i might have found something that might help some of those who have'nt seen alot of growth months after thier HT. I had 1160 fu done by Dr. Baxa in Charlotte NC on Nov 21 03 and i did'nt expect to see any growth for at least 3 months, it is now 9 weeks and i am seeing hair pop out all over, I might be just extremely lucky? however i also work out on a regular basis and i started taking a supplement called NO2 before I had my HT. NO2 (nitric oxide ) is a naturaly occuring hemodialator which means that it increases the amount of oxygen in the blood stream and increases the size of blood vessels in the body, like i said i dont know if the NO2 had anything to do with it or if i am just lucky but it might be worth a try. By the way for you guys who lift weights you keep that pump indefinatly that you get after a hard workout
