Thanks Everybody @home1212 and @CosmoKramer. I was thinking just of doing cardio to begin with for like an hour a day to burn off all the fat I've gained over these three weeks but I don't know if that'll be good because of all of the sweating

It's been two weeks so far and so far I don't know what to expect. The doctor and people at the clinic say its very good but I'd like to get an unbiased opinion. What do y'all think. Any doctors on here wanna shed some light?

I recently got a hair transplant in Turkey two weeks ago and I was depressed when the doctor said I can't workout for a month after doing an FUE transplant. I've been looking around and I've seen some docs say you can return back to full physical activity in 10 days, some say two weeks, and then some say one month. Can someone tell me why? Doesn't it only take 3 full days for your implanted grafts to permanent in your recipient area? Please give me some insight on this and I appreciate y'alls responses :)
