    Taken from a Turkish HT forum; the situation before the HT : HT day : (4500 grafts DHI) Six Months Result : BEFORE HT - AFTER HT (8 MONTHS) : ONE YEAR RESULT : Patient took finasteride 6 months after the surgery; then dropped. 4 years after the HT, no finasteride (patient age 44 now) : Isnt this a dramatic lose from the transplanted hairs or native hairs mostly? It looks scary especially it happens to a man in his 40s Discuss?

    maybe in 2017. now HLC streamrolls ASMED İn terms of quality. Realized that after following a local Turkish forum for 3-4 months.

    If you know Turkish you should share this result on sacekimisonuclari, they are PRO-ASMED, funded by Erdogan but they wont able to stop you in anyway. ASMED has many turkish patients at the moment and they should see this failure.

    They have more than one surgeons work on hair transplants. Does our forum has any spesific suggestion for HLC surgeons? Do they all have same quality or it differs for each doctor?

    yes, decided to go HLC (canceled my operation in ASMED)

    Wow, thanks so much Melvin, amazing content indeed. The patients i saw started thinning after their first year so i still cannot grasp how can it be. Also it shows the people like me (huge sides from fin, cant take it no matter what) still will face problems even we have solid HT results.

    i really understand how brutal hair loss is when these people start to lose transplanted hairs, looks like donor follicles are somewhat resistant against DHT but not completely

    The Turkish forum i follow has some interesting cases about people that had a great HT results then started to thinning again after a few years. I specifically checked the donor area where follicules extracted and looks like they are from the safest area, how can we explain this issue? Are Hair Transplants really permanent if you do not use finasteride after the operation?

    After opening my topic, i decided to cancel my operation @ ASMED and decided to go to HLC.
