Looking great! Any pics directly post op from the donor showing the extractions and from the incisions?
P.S. for me this is more a Norwood than a Ludwig type of loss (even for a female).
Thank you, here are some more pictures we have (only one from the donor directly postop).

Dear Paddy,
We have different variations and methods for FUE.
We use the manual CIT-punches in different size from 0.8 to 0.95mm.
The hybrid punch shares the advantages of both sharp and blunt punches in one. Therefor we can work deeper, faster and with less trauma to the surrounding areas. The cutting edge is on the outside of the tip. With the support of the motorized hand piece we can adjust the oscillation speed and angulation freely by means of an app.Attached two pictures of both punches.

With large sessions like these it is important to avoid getting gaps in the midhead region and therefor the hairline can be slightly higher. We always work from back to front, not from front to back.
Thank you for the nice comments, we are looking forward to the next months for an even better result.

We use both techniques, depending on the patient needs. The WAW-system with trumpet punch we use especially in cases with curly or frizzy hair. As we need no single FU’s (crown area), Dr. Feriduni decided to work with the WAW-system. Please check breakdown FU first and second OP.

No problem.
Attached you can find some more pictures (preop 1st FUE, preop 2nd FUE, 1 year postop 2nd FUE).
Unfortunately we do not have a picture preop of short hair, therefor also a picture intra-op of the first FUE.
The microscopical view with the DermLite shows the Y-shaped scar in detail.
If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Glad to help! -
The superior Y-shaped scar had a width of 2-14 mm. The inferior scar had a width of 2-6mm.
The goal was to reduce the visibility of the punch grafts in the hairline and midhead region and also to have a short hair cut of 6mm.
After the first surgery the scars were invisible at a haircut of 12mm*; after the second surgery we succeeded in our goal of 6mm.
* Attached a picture of the patient with a haircut of 12mm as a result after the 1st FUE. -
