in all honesty, I’d steer away from the UK. Sad to say there isn’t many decent DR’s and the very few decent ones charge too much, can go to europe and get a world class DR for the same price if not cheaper! do your research and have a look at some of the above mentioned DR’s in Europe.. Bisanga, Freitas ECT.. 💙
Do you agree with what the other guy said also about my hair, to do a top up?

I agree with you that flight tickets cost more but if you calculate everything like
Accommodation, travel expenses, food, and the most important thing the quality and constant results that Eugenix is providing for the last couples of year then probably you will find out that the total amount to be spent in India and Eugenix is comparatively less as compared to any other country and any other clinic who is up to their standards. It is just my output that I have consulted dozens of clinics, and never found such deal like free lunch, accommodation, pickup, drop off, free PRP's and genuine hospitality like Eugenix. So, I can upfront suggest Eugenix and some other clinics in which my relatives had hair transplants.
Do you recommend any in Turkey? I'm seeing more people get consistent results from there
I did mine in UK and really disappointed for what I paid 7K GBP for 2000 Grafts with Dr Arshad's team in Leeds and it's 1 year on and no where near results one would expect -

@Rice, You looks fantastic buddy, just give medications ample time. If you still considering HT, pls research enough so you don't end up getting botched.
Believe me even after a HT, the baldness is going to progress more in the coming year and you should really think of that. If you eagerly want just to implant some hairs in the front then I strongly suggest you to get in touch with Eugenix hair science. They've cured NW2 & 3 in a very decent manner. I personally feel that contact few good clinics and speak to them, ask as many questions as you like and then decide.
Cheers.
Going to India alone is expensive the flight, that's the problem I find.

I did mine with them and 1 year on - I'm not happy.

Not sure what happened if someone can advise but I don't have functionality to add pictures to my posts anymore. Either it's been removed for some reason - OR - it's a new feature of the forum? Very weird - if someone can advise so i can upload
I'm coming to 1 year mark and here are some more pictures. For the price paid from other results of other people I think this is not a good result. I don't know what happened, I noticed it in the last 2 months July and Aug started to fall out more. You can see alot of gaps in the area where the FUE was done.
When I reached out the Hair Dr Team on Whatsapp, first they never even did any checking up on me in general after 6 months -
I asked them last a question on the 3/3/22 - they saw messages never replied
I just did an update with them last Wed, their reply was will get back to me on Friday - they never did...
I started a PRP course in London 3 sessions, obviously no advice from The Hair Dr just made my own decision to do that. Done 1 already last Friday.
Some pictures of today morning - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ptaqffxr89pyy3e/AAB3_AEsP5zjPy0_3ZELR3rSa?dl=0- 1

I seem to have lose function to add pictures now -

I've started just today a 3 session PRP treatment here in London, hoping that gives it power

Maybe the pictures do not paint the full picture, no offence but I don't understand how you can expect more or be dissatisfied here mate.. it looks like a 10/10 result to me, you can go ahead and quit your job and become a hair model now
You really think so?

I feel like JULY it took a hit...the most it has since the transplant phase - and that has moreless carried on over into August
Noticed more hair fall to in general when combing
-
Here is how it looks now, I feel at month 6-7 it was going the right way then I noticed recently a bit more hair fall out
I wash my hair probably once every 3-4 days
Using Minox + Finastride Spray in morning and night
My diet is very clean, train 6x a week so lifestyle is healthy
I definitely say that i expected better results at this stage - however i know this is an improvement from before.
My hair is unwashed so very messy as a noteFor example my hair like this, I still need to put in hair fibres to feel confident going out and how i wanted it to look.
Lmk what you guys think your side. Scrolling up in this thread you can find some shots of my hair from before -
Hey guys so I am coming to a 1 year period in September and I have to admit yes improvements but overall I'm not happy. I have gaps in the hairline and the temples are of course better but they aren't fully healed up like I was hoping for based off reviews and obviously staying in UK and paying more.
Will update with pics -
Hey guys I will update tomorrow!

This is well documented. Apparently, it loses 5% efficacy after 6 months. Downhill from there.
ok so you have to rebuy after 6 months you mean?

That's funny you asked this. During my FUE and post, I really didn't experience any shedding.
However I am now at 6 month mark and for the first time I am noticing in the last 2 weeks a little bit of a backtrack from the progress that was made. One of my right temple was moreless fully recovered, and just in the last 2 weaks it has def gone down a bit and thinned out.
Also when I brush my hands through hair, quite a few strands fall into the sink. This is the first time I'm experiencing what i think is a type of shedding happening at month 6 and i wanted to ask if this happens to others or can happen? -
You guys know the shelf life of topical dutestride? Does it have one?
-
Thanks guys!
Though I do have one question - so I never really experienced any shedding throughout the whole process. Now only in the last 2 weeks at Month 6 for first time I do feel like some progress that was showing has gone back a bit and i noticed when i brush through my hair, that a few strands fall out more then they did in the last few months.
I'm wondering if it's normal potentially at this stage to experience some form of shedding? -

Wow, incredible progress! Can't stress enough how realistic it looks and well it's coming together with a lot more room for improvement.😁
Thank you boss! Let's do this together!

Guys I am coming to 6 month mark, I did my FUE as a reminder on Sept 3 - attached is my current look
Overall happy, I do feel I need more time for the hairline to fill up. My left temple was one of my most concern areas and again it looks like that needs time too. I see a few gaps in my hairline at the front.
My routine at the moment is usually don't wash my hair for 3 days then do it on the 4th.
No hair drying at all, what I did before daily.
I'm using a spray I got from Dr. Arshad's team a combination of Fin and Minoxidil in it, just start that since a week.
Let me know what you guys think. -
Looking amazing my man, really great and like others are saying at just before 6 months also! I'll update mine this Friday too seeing as we are on similar timlines!

Don't do it, you will get bald spots. My friend who has hair of the gods very thick, bushy, curly hair did a keratin treatment and had a bald spot afterward, it's a terrible treatment for your hair.
Are you serious? You mean he did it after an FUE?
I did it before, and i didn't get a bald spot. I did it before my FUE .I asked the clinic they told me it's fine for me to do it.
-
Hey guys I did one Keratin treatment about 3 years ago, loved it. Lasted for about 3-4 months before i went back to my natural thicker hair.
I want to do it again as I have some shoots and video work coming up HOWEVER I had my first FUE to my temples and hairline 5 months ago. My hair growth is kicking in and to alot of people it doesn't look like I had a hair transplant.
Would you say it's too early to have a Keratin Treatment? And I should wait or do you think it will be ok? Obviously it's very heat related and also chemicals in the shampoo/scalp that they use during the process

I contacted a clinic off a recommendation in Istanbul, reply I got about this is: (Not great news here from Team Arshad in Leeds and I'm really disappointed)
"We saw the low density on the frontal area. Taking finasteride and using minoxidil are recommended as you are doing. However, it looks like the survival rate of the implant in the first surgery is low. That is why it looks like that. We can recommend PRP to improve that but most effective solution will be having second session to increase the density"
