    MY SECOND H.T
  4. well I was 27 when I had my first FUT procedure.. and yes the FUT procedure does leave a scar but its not noticiable...so the scar did come out good..
  5. although I am not a professional in this field but I think you are a candidate and whether you want to undergo surgery or not is totally your decision which depends on your goals
  6. hi guys, I have decided not to go ahead with dr kapil dua as the terminologies used by the sales person created ambiguity and so, as if now, I changed my decision Thank you guys.
  7. Hi guys, I am attaching my recent pics so as to gauge my case better. Well I have already underwent a surgery in 2008 under the watchful eyes of dr humayun and I was pretty happy with the result. But that was then, but now I find a need to go under the knife one more time ( you can see from the pics why). Well from what I know about FUT and FUE. I think one can get more number of grafts from FUT technique rather than from FUE technique. Is this correct..? because if that is so then it makes more fincancial as well as logical sense for me to undergo FUT right now so as to maximize the number of grafts and then later, when I have had my filling, I can go for FUE to cover my scars... what do you think guys..? Does it sound like a reasonable plan or does if look flawed..?
  8. hi bill I am attaching you the WhatsApp chat with this person. and I am also sending you his mobile number. name: manoj verma Mob. number: +919643102717 regards. WhatsApp Chat with a k-clinic.txt
  9. hi thank you guys for your excellent replies... well I have been in talks with ak clinic delhi and the surgeon is dr kapil dua. I have not talked to the doctor but I am being assigned to a salesperson who represent the clinic. I had send the pics of my scalp to this person who has forwarded this to dr. kapil dua and he said the dr said I would need around 4000FUs (FUE METHOD) and have quoted for the same. Then he added that 4000FUs = 2000 grafts. And that has been a matter of concern for me whether I am being taken for a ride here...
  10. nope.. 2,3,or 4 has the net effect on the total number of hairs not on follicular units...
  11. hi, I got a quote from one of the forum's recommended surgeon's clinic of 4000 follicular units . now from what I have learned, I think 4000 follicular units = 4000 grafts but the sales executive from this reputed clinic is saying that 4000 follicular units means 2000 grafts... am I mistaken or taken for a ride..? please suggest..
