If you look at my preop picture in profile, you can see that alopecia pretty much "ate" my sides. So, of cource, i planned to implant this area. But i didnt say this to Ozgur, because i wanted to see how he would design a new hairline. So, our opinions coinsided...

Hello, my name is Andrew, i'am from Russia.

Due to questions from some users of this forum I decided to share my experience with HLC.

Some words about this clinic. HLC is located in Turkey, Ankara, the chief doctor is Dr. Ozgur Oztan. Clinic used stick and place tehnique, manual extraction and they extract no more than 1200 grafts per day.

Age: 27

Norwood level: 2-2.5

Date of operation: 13-14.02.2017

Meds before surgery: min/fin for 2 years

Choosing clinic

In my choice I have only considered FUE, manual extraction, clinic with good reviews and a price in the range of 2-3 euros. So I began to consider ASMED and HLC.

During online consulatation with ASMED i was offered 3000 grafts and I decided that this is too much. And HLC offered abous 2000 grafts and this was the main reason for choosing HLC.

At the moment 1.5 months have passed since my surgery and now i'am at ugly duckling phase...

Ozgur is involved in the process of designing the forthcoming operation and controls the quality of the operation.

When did you have your surgery? How did you get to know about Dr. Ozgur? How would you rate your overall experience with HLC Clinic?

 

Sorry for many questions but it is hard to find real patients from HLC Clinic.

I had a surgery at february 13-14. In my country there are no qualified clinics, so some guys after bad experiece with local doctors started to looking for qualified doctors. Turkey is convenient for us in terms of location and price. And after positive experiences of my compatriots i decided to do a surgery in HLC.

At the moment I am satisfied with everything and I hope for a good result

So Asmed charges higher than 2.5 euros per graft if Koray does the work himself?

I dont know. I meant that the clinic is known by the name of chief dr, but most of the operations done by other doctors. And as you can see the quality of these two clinics at a high level.

Apollo89... did dr ozgur do the procedure himself? Keep us updated would be great to see how it ends up

Mayoman, he does himself only complex operations, and if you want only Ozgur's work, it is necessary to agree beforehand. Price may be higher...

Also, Asmed (Koray Erdogan's clinic) works on the same scheme.

Right, Ozgur is very popular in Europe: Germany Swiss, Italy etc. Hlc doesnt spend a lot of money on marketing, they consistently have clients for the month ahead.

Also word of mouth works well... So, I recommend this clinic.

I had a surgery in HLC. Ozgur doesnt do all the surgery himself, but he had skilled doctors who work with him about 10 years.

Dr. Ozgur is very qualified specialist. Many Russian patients are referred to him and are very satisfied.

By my mind, its a second example of thin front hairline, made by Dr. Bhatti. Very sad (
