  1. Hi Guys and special thanks to David the moderator who helped me on how to use this site.

I already had an HT fue method 9months ago, however the result is not mature yet.

I am planning to have another HT to increase the density at hair line and mid scalp and to cover the remaining bald area.

I had discussions with HDC clinic who advised that my initial HT needs repair and they can do it.

Seen Dr Bisanga face to face consultation and he said a combination of FUT+FUE+BHT would achieve in the range of 6000 to 6500 hair and should be enough to do what I need.

According to him my hair density at the back is 65 and sides 60/sqcm, obviously this is post FUE for 3000.

In addition, had another face to face consultation with Dr Bhatti here in London, he did a visual inspection and said that density at the back and sides were around 40 to 45/sqcm which really disappointed me.

Now I do not know who to believe? Although, I have booked to have my procedure with Dr Bisanga in Brussels which will cost me around ?18000, but I do not want to have it if density was not accurately assessed, having said this, he did shorten my hair and used his magnifier to check the density.

One interesting point to see is that according to HDC clinic, I am not a good candidate for Strip and this is due to degree of hair loss the back. The reason being, the scar might be difficult to cover.

I am attaching some photos and welcome your suggestions.

Please note that I weekly trim my hair including the transplanted because they are still at various stages and do not like one being long and the other one being short.

Need to make my final decision where to go for the best result and therefore, your advise is really appreciated.

  2. I am afraid my expereince with K Erdogan not been very good. Must say not seen him face to face but exchanged emals and my photos. Being a NW6-7 he completly refused to offer me any treatment options. Looking at the cases that been undertaken by him, most of them appear to be easy, I mean low grade hair loss with good donor hair.

My feeling is that he does not take challenging cases. Being a doctor myself, the one with good skills and expertise would like and be keen to take cases which have been refused by less skilled ones. Therefore, according to my standards, He is not very skilled and highly talented as regarded by this forum.

On the other side, Dr Bisanga happily saw me here in London and had a very good and productive consultation with him. He conducted a professional assessment of my hair density and the best possible options to restore my hair.

I will have my procedure done with him in late August and update you all accordingly.

  3. Hi guys

I just had a face to face consultation with Dr B here in London. In the mean time having consultation with HDC in Cyprus via email.

Just a bit of back ground about myself. I have hair loss grade 6/7 NW. Had FUE 9 months ago in Turkey with and FUE butcher, I have only myself to blame for choosing this clinic in Turkey (poor research).

I need one or two more sessions to increase the density on front and mid scalp in addition to covering the remaining bald area.

According to Dr B my hair density on back is 65/sqcm and 60/sqcm on sides, this is post FUE. If I go for a combination of FUT and FUE, my scalp will provide 5000 grafts and 1000 more from beard. This will be done over 3 days. Dr B suggested that Hair line will remain in the same position and density at front and mild scalp would be around 50/sqcm and crown at around 20/sqcm.

However, the plan and recommendation from HDC clinic is not in favour of com. of FUT and FUE in my case. The advise from them is that the scar from fut would be too low over the occipital bone and may not be covered with remaining hair properly. In addition, FUT will make future FUEs more difficult due to change in the position of hair follicle which will happen due to skin being pulled to close the FUT strip.

I will need some advise from this forum and those who had a combination of FUT and FUE in one session.

    My two main worries are:

1- Not to damage my donor area, knowing that it is not too strong anyway.

2-Scar from FUT, if the trichophylic technique is used, will it be visible after 4 weeks with short hair? will it be covered by short hair in long term as would like to have short hair at the back?

I am planning to have my HT done in the next 2-3 months and therefore any advise is welcome.

Sorry that I am using my case along this thread, not sure for some reasons, I could not find the new thread icon.

    I attached some photos

  4. Hi

Yes, we have seen hair loss NW 6/7 individuals had HT with good results.

Depending on where you live and state of your walet, you can HT.

There are some good HT surgeons who perform BHT like Dr Bhatti and Dr Kail Dua in india. There is Talizi HT centre in Geiorgia Eastern Europe where they can transplant hair form virtually every part of the body to head.

If your budget is good, you can have done with Dr Umar in Califronia.

Hope this helps and please up date the forum

  5. Thanks harin

I live in England so won't be able to see you. Indeed, due to my last experience, I would like to explore all possible options. Will definitely see Dr Bhatti here in the UK. But the more I read, the more it becomes difficult who to choose and where to go.

I am currently working on my web site, so soon there would be so pics.

  6. Thanks Harin

In fact I read your story very recently and really impressed by the skill of Eugenix team. Congratulations to the very good outcome of your HT. I contacted Dr Pradeep and received replies from him promptly, even had an skype consultation which went on very promising.

I am NW 6/7 like yourself, already had an HT. My first HT was done following poor research and I have got only myself to blame. Therefore, for the second one, I would like to have it done with the best surgeon.

I am seeing Dr Bhatti here in the UK, because of degree of my baldness not sure if he would take on my case.

Dear Harin, for my reassurance, is it possible to speak to you via skype/viber/face time or whatever means you prefer so I could put all my doubts away and have done with Dr Pradeep if Dr Bhatti won't do it?

Please let me know, this would be a big favour.

    Thanks you in advance

  7. Hi guys

I need to know if anybody has had TH with Dr Anil Garg of India. He is plastic surgeon and performs HT. Quality of his work based on his web site looks pretty good. I had a on line consultation with him and the advise was that I would need a combo procedure which will provide 5000grafts(10000 hair).

Being NW 6/7 will need head and body hair to get a reasonable density and coverage.

Any other good HT surgeon for NW 6/7?

    Any feedback is appreciated

  8. The pics looks really good ! I think you are in for some great results, good luck.

Looks like these docs are not recommended here. Where can I find pictures of Dr Arika's previous cases ?

    Dear Harin

looking at your progress, I am really pleased for you and impressed by the skill of Dr Arika. Need to know if the used beard hair only from underneath chin or also used from the sides of the face? Has there been any scars on your face if taken from the face?

I am also NW6/7 and considering to have another HT with either Dr Bhatti(will see him in the UK) next month to see if he is happy to perform my HT. My second option would be Dr Pradeep Sethi.

Well done, waiting for your reply

  9. Hi guys,

I have recently seen some amazing results with Dr Pradeep Sethi at eugenix hair transplant India. This is following a post by harin on this site, however I am dubious of his results and videos. This is because no one else shows similar density with the same number grafts. Hope I am wrong, I need some advise from others who had TH with this centre. If his patients and results are genuine, he must be considered for approval by this forum.

Sorry, if I sound negative here.

  10. Hi to those had HT with Dr Akaki clinic in Georgia, I am considering having my TH with them. Need to know if you guys are happy and satisifed with your results. Please advise.

I had my consultation on line and spoke to Dr Akaki on phone, I found his advise abit odd, considereing his experience and his qualifications(PHD). He told me that he would be using chest hair for my hair line and a mexture of head and body hair to increase density on front, top and to cover the crown area. I asked why chest hair, they do not grow as long as head hair and more importantly my head can provide up to 4000 hair with combination of FUT AND FUE. Then he said yes, he would do what ever i want.

  11. Hi, I was a patient of Dr Akaki contacted their consultation office in Ireland .I asked all the required questions which concerned me .sent photo's of my hair loss condition .traveled to their clinic and Dr Akaki transplanted 3000 grafts .from my personal experience and I am saying this after research of 2 years and also contacted clinic's in turkey .I wouldn’t be seem by any one else other then Dr Akaki. just look at how many patents they have for hair transplanting + 33 research works and also 1 world record .Including if you look at their clinic on you tube .you will notice that they teach hair transplant surgery to surgeons from uk,usa, india. This was enough proof for me .Ok I had to take a flight there .same as if I had the procedure in west of Ireland I would have to drive .It was a experience and journey that was well worth the money and would recommend to you for sure if you are considering a hair transplant.

    Hi
