But at this time the rest of the hair has grown enough in length so I am in a hairstyle dilemma phase where there's no proper hairstyle that I can keep ;) Please watch the complete video here: https://youtu.be/lJzz54SDhDo Also visit my YouTube channel for my whole journey and many other videos on hair loss. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJaB5IXaXWZZU9I9ZtkNYHQ

  6. The videos are made solely by me in my own room in my free time. The clinic has nothing to do with them, except the fact that they're now happy that they have a live ongoing review online...
  7. Thanks a lot man.. that is really encouraging. The backdrop is actually a wall in my room that my wife painted.
  8. I got two free PRP with my HT. One was done 1 month after and 2nd, 3 months after HT. As for meds, the doctor himself didn't recommend anything to promote the growth, but i asked him a few months later if i should start having finastride to prevent loss or hair on the rest of the head and he said yes. Now i am using finastride 1mg + derma roller (very occasionally).
  9. Hi I got my transplant 3 months ago from Dr Gaurang Krishna from Medlinks which is in New Delhi. I got 2800 grafts and paid INR 154,000. So far i am happy with the results. Also, I had scouted almost all top notch clinics for 2yrs before deciding with Dr Gaurang. I have a whole journey of videos on my YouTube channel for it, if you're interested here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJaB5IXaXWZZU9I9ZtkNYHQ Also, my latest 3rd month update video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSuKsFHcNHM Lemme know if you have any question.
  10. Thanks, that's good to know cause I thought I'm growing them very slow.
  11. Hey guys I've just crossed my 3 months mark. A quick recap, i had got my hair transplant (FUE) with 2800 grafts from Medlinks in Delhi, India. By the 1st month i had shed almost 90% of my planted hair. From second month they started to grow slowly and now the results have finally started to show a bit. As always i have made a complete video on the update. Please watch it here: https://youtu.be/aSuKsFHcNHM Also, for my complete journey from Day before the transplant till today, visit my YouTube Channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJaB5IXaXWZZU9I9ZtkNYHQ Questions welcome. :-)

  13. Hey Guys I recently crossed my 2 months mark. I had shed almost 90% of my planted hair by the 1st month. Now i have new baby hairs that have started to sprout. Made a complete video on it. Please watch it here: https://youtu.be/ARHncAYeDIQ
  14. Yes you shouldn't have anything touching your grafts after the surgery. You can wear a soft bandanna after the 4th day if needed. Anything else might pull off the grafts while removing as they are still very fragile in the first 7-10 days. Every clinic or doctor will have their own do's and don'ts. And all are correct. Best to follow what your doctor tells you. I made two videos on do's and don'ts according to my doctor and the literature provided; on Day 3 and Day 7. If interested please watch them: Day 3 Do's and Don'ts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rZ7g17NEVk Day 7 Do's and Don'ts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XP3wTji2zM
  15. According to the doctor, you can wear anything you want after the first 10 days. Or after all your scabs are gone. You can even color your hair if needed from day 15+ Watch my Day 10 video for more details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7qz6eLt67A -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch my HT Journey through my YouTube videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJaB5IXaXWZZU9I9ZtkNYHQ/videos

  17. I spoke to the doctor again, just to be sure since many guys scared me that 90% hair loss isn't normal. But he assured that it is completely normal and depends on person to person (same as i thought) and my hair could start growing this month also. he told me that many of his patients don't loose more than 10% also and some also loose 90% as my case. Fingers crossed. (Only for faster growth; i don't have doubts on it growing). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch my HT Journey through my YouTube videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJaB5IXaXWZZU9I9ZtkNYHQ/videos
  18. Yes, that's what the doctor also said that it's shock loss for hair around the punches. And they'll slowly grow back. Also he assured me that once it's normal, I'll be able to zero trim my hair and no one will be able to tell that something happened. But because of this, I can't be out in public without a cap, which I don't like. Another 8 WEEKS  I have a trip and a cousin's wedding coming up in Jan -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch my HT Journey through my YouTube videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJaB5IXaXWZZU9I9ZtkNYHQ/videos
  19. Hey guys, this is an update one month post op: Just a quick recap, I got my hair transplant done with 2800 grafts just over a month back by Dr. Gaurang Krishna @ Medlinks in Delhi, India. For anyone interested in the Video version of this update, please go ahead and watch it here: https://youtu.be/JtoPOKxg-Eg Else you can read everything here : My donor area still hasn’t healed completely. Although there isn’t any pain, but I do feel that it’s still quite sensitive to the touch. I still have a weird patch which marks out my donor area, which I expected to go by the first month but it hasn’t; because of which I am still covering my head with caps in public, which I wouldn’t have if the donor area didn’t look like someone played a prank on me and mowed it while I was asleep. You must note that I haven’t trimmed my hair at all since my transplant. Now coming to the planted area. I have shed a lot of the planted hair. Close to 90%. I visited the clinic last week for a PRP session, and the doctor also said that I have shed more hair than was expected, but when he took a closer look, he told me that some new grafts have already started to grow. He told me that in few cases, it has been observed that you shed the grafts too soon and they start growing soon as well…….. Well; only time will tell. Now as for the pain and numbness is concerned, my head still has those parts where some are too numb and some pain a bit on touch. The doctor told me that this is all a part of the nerve healing process, but in my case it is taking a little more time than usual. He also prescribed me a vitamin medicine for the same. I don’t know if all this is happening only in my case or is all this normal. Please share your experience in regards to my case. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch my HT Journey through my YouTube videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJaB5IXaXWZZU9I9ZtkNYHQ/videos
  20. Completely depends on your hair condition right now. If you have any roots left where you're missing hair. PRP and medicines could help, if you don't have roots there you don't have a choice but to go for a HT. Watch this video, might explain a bit: https://youtu.be/EN6IbcWhGuc
  21. Anyone who got PRP done; could you please share your experience in terms of pain and results? I got mine done 5 days ago and I still feel a bit of pain from the injections. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch my HT Journey through my YouTube videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJa...ZtkNYHQ/videos
  22. Everything. Also included two free PRP sessions. One of which happened last Saturday and another is in Feb. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch my HT Journey through my YouTube videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJa...ZtkNYHQ/videos
  23. I paid Rs. 154,000 (that's about USD 2300) for 2800 grafts with Perfect-i procedure. As all other clinics, they also charge per graft. One tip: In India... everyone negotiates! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Watch my HT Journey through my YouTube videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJa...ZtkNYHQ/videos
