    Given the asymmetry of my hair, was thinking to keep as a few millimeter buzz cut and camouflage the scar with mascara. That being said, when is it safe to buzz the donor /recipient area post transplant . As well, if I keep that style for nxt 2-3 months , which coincides with the shedding phase, how will that affect the shedding if I keep buzzing it during that time period, then leave it to all grow hopefully at same rate.     Anyone else also use mill creek biotin shampoo with good response? Being 2 wks into my transplant , can I start using this, as well, when can I start nizoral? Thanx

    Have you noticed less shedding with it? How long have you been using it for?

    Sorry, here's the front of the bottle. That was the ingredient list I just did a HT 2 wks ago and notice shedding with shampooing baby shampoo

    Didn't really get much redness like many other pics I've seen. At this point , looks like I didn't get a HT. That's normal for 2wks?

    Starting wrk day 11, so wanna have most of the scabs off by then since can't cover up. What I described , any concern for lost grafts . Few more scabs today in shower . Planning to use baby oil tomorrow day 9 to leave overnight and hopefully that helps to come off the nxt day in shower

    Hey guys, Today's my post op day 7. Started washing under the shower and massaging baby shampoo with my finger tip pads on recipient site first time today . Few scabs have come, but whatever I see has a white bulb at the end. Any concern for lost grafts. My scalp also looks kinda white, not red Thoughts ? Thanx

    I was looking to order 5% minoxidil off the website minoxidildirect.com and noticed that rogaine5% foam is out of stock , but 5% minoxadil foam is available (and much cheaper) Is it just as effective if I got that ? As well , is generic finasteride 5 mg as effective as proscar 5mg? I heard generics are only 80% effective since contain 20% other ingredients esp if made outside of North America . Any thoughts Thanx

    hey guys, just had my surgery yesterday.Norwood 5a-6.On finasteride x 4 months. had 3036 grafts placed in front and top with plans for 2000 next summer for the crown.planning to start minoxidl soon too hopefully looks good in the coming months. Any thoughts?i realize still early Thanx

    Anyone with a NW6 who had low donor and had a HT have some pics they can share to see how they turn out . Iam in that situation and wanna have an idea of results before I do any surgery . Thanx

    Do you guys think I'll have good coverage with 5000 grafts plus continuing propecia and maybe adding rogaine?

    Not 8000 grafts, 5000. 3000 first then 2000 later.

    Iam seeing dr Ferreira from Seager transplant , former sure hair dr. I've started propecia now for 3 months. Yeh just saw him on Monday, never said available donor area, just that would need 2 transplants:3000 and eventually 2000

    Iam having an FUT,not FUE. Guess wanna make sure density looks full. 3000 for front and mid and then 2000 later to cover crown .

    Iam a 33 y/o. Planning to have fut nxt month with initial 3000 grafts then 2000 close to a year later.looking at my pics , do you think I can get a good density result ? Shaving my hair for 15 yrs, so gonna be a change . Gotta make sure worth it Thanks
