I had my HT 20 days ago and the recipient area looks good. But the donor are still have some redness (itching is OK, I can tolerate that.) I have tried rubbing vitamin E, cortisone, and calendula extract ointment on the donor area, but the redness is still there. I need to go back to work in 5 days, and I want to hide that I had HT as much as possible. Is there any other ingredients that might help me to get of this redness, even make up?
Also, before having HT, I had pretty intense workout routine and included supplements such as protein shake, amino acids, creatine, ZMA, and vitamins to my daily diet. The doctor said that I need to take off from gym for a while after HT, and also cut the supplements. My question is that when I can start some light training such as running, pull-up, push-up, etc; and then to full workout routine when I can train whole my body parts and include exercises such as squat, deadlift, etc; and of course start taking bodybuilding supplements?
