  1. Its a valid point my man, I know since the person in question is no longer there also lets see what they come back with and how important they see it as being in repairing the issue and confidence in their potential customers. But fully understand the opportunity cost of the resources. Will keep you all in the loop with what happens.
  2. I had mine done a few years back and honestly it was a surreal experience. The results are not good and the front looks almost fake, during the surgery there was a leak and water all over the floor. The technicians were fasting due to Eid, immediately after I told them there was a visible patch not covered, they told me to wait and see - personally I think it was laziness from them. I did however give them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to rectify it at their cost. It has been almost 3 years now and I am close to booking it in. my original person Hande was helpful - the new person taking the case file less so. It is obvious that the fault was on them and the deal made was a total repair and costs covered. Today I received an email that felt more like a kick in the teeth with terrible terms. I will be following up and keep you all updated, I think the after service should be also key to this and hopefully if this get rectified it will give you all peace of mind - which means that dreadful what if feeling and would they fix it... Happy to share images
  3. Hi maybe a bit late. I've had my transplant done by longevita and the same individual that angry guy went to. To be honest I'm not very happy as of yet. I have been j. Touch with longevita via what's app. I hope they can rectify the situation. When j had my op it was a strange experience, the theatre had a huge leak and the rain was pouring in which was a strange experience. The staff were friendly, when they forgot to bring the breakfast I contacted my "keeper" and she got it arranged ASAP. But in regards to results to be honest I'm not fully convinced. Real shame so far, you invest money and time for something that is life changing, when you don't see the results you expect then it is frustrating and sad. Hopefully longevita will sort this out, will keep you all updated.
  4. Not sure how to upload images on here. But angry guy any chance you have images of what you have and also why they said it was so bad. I can try and upload images on my side once I arrive back to the uk.
  5. Wow just saw the post. I actually just had mine done yesterday by Ferdag. Still in the hospital in izmir and flying back tomorrow. In regards to results it's very early to tell as I am still bandaged up. It definitely is a no frill experience. To be honest I'm not quite sure what to make of the above comment, kinda sucks reading it since I've just had it done by the same person. I was told I had 2480 grafts done. I may have made a mistake by looking online and comparing. But I do see some people who had the same amount done and it looks denser. I spoke with my rep this morning and she said my grafts were very good and they expect good results. I really do hope that it all goes well, as I've read on this forum if there are complications or issues they will look to rectify.
  6. Hi DublinJack, Thank you for the reply. She is based in Ismir if that helps?
