  1. You are lucky they didn't perform their "fue" plug procedure on you... Even with minimal/no growth on your transplanted area, at least the recipient area looks good and isn't scarred up... The good news is that a good Dr can fix that scar, and with SMP or FUE into the scar, it can be drastically improved.

Look closer. It's pitted, raised, and scarred. It's not nearly as horrible as the donor area, but still bleeds from all the bumps when I shave it.

But yeah, I saw their "fue", holy hell.

  2. They're smooth talkers, using things like "we don't advertise, we use satisfied customer referrals for our business."

Their website also says they've been serving the area for 25 years (which is a lie). I assumed no reviews were good reviews. A lot of people don't talk about their transplant because they don't want it known, so I figured that's why nothing was really written about them. After "25 years", figured if they were bad, it'd be documented. I'm another sucker they got with sales pitch.

  3. Here's my actual "results" from the clinic. I had my initial transplant with little result and was talked in to a second transplant, same thing (duh). After the second transplant, I replied to a bad review of this clinic here, the clinic found it. They did offer a refund if I posted no more bad reviews. After months of no reply or money, I wrote them and they said they "didn't get my email". They said they'd repair the scar this time around, I argued for over a week that this wasn't a reasonable agreement. I'd have to take time from work, it would cost me more money being away from home even if they paid travel and lodging. I'd still have a head worse than before and still be out $5k.

They again agreed to refund me, but again, no response. I emailed a follow up, they basically told me to get bent and they'd sue me if I posted the emails between us.

I don't think I need to say much more, there's other posts here about them that I can verify are 100% true. They're deceitful hacks.

  4. I skimmed over a few defenses of this clinic and would like to point out that they've been in business for a few years without negative posts because they delayed us coming out.

It's been 3 years since I initially went here, I waited the full 18 months before contacting the clinic about my lack of results. A month of bickering, I agreed to a follow up proceedure if I didn't write a bad review. A year later, no results, contacted the clinic, they agreed to a refund if I wrote no bad reviews. After 6 months of "sorry, we didn't see your email" and back and forth BS with them, they finally said to stop emailing them. That's why it took me this many years to come out about them.

  5. I also went back and read my older posts and would like to clear up the only reason I didn't follow post operative care of "scab prevention" was because I wanted it to heal naturally. I stayed out of public and figured it was better to have it scab and heal. I did still sterilize everything with hibicleanse and also put polysporin on the sutures.

Either way, even with care exactly like recommended, it was still a failure my second time. They were good at making it sound like it was my fault the first time though. Almost thought they were decent people fixing my mistake...HA!
