  1. I have used Dr. Cooley in Charlotte, NC twice in 3 years. The first time was for approximately 2,500 grafts. Despite my nervousness, the procedure went perfectly and the before and afters were radical and still are 3 years later. I still had more work to do to completely fill in what I wanted. So, Jan 9th, 2015 I had my second procedure done of 2,700 grafts. As with the first there was minimal discomfort and the recovery has been exactly as described. His staff is on their game and my follow up for stitch removal along with Dr. Cooley's follow up exam again convinced me that he is the Doctor to use. Everything went just as planned and I cannot wait for these grafts to fully come in. I can feel all the new "little buddies" when I run my hand over my head. Advice: do what the Dr says for post-op. My girl got up with me every hour on the hour to spray his magic potion on my scalp and twice per day to put on ointment over the scar. The scar is virtually indetectable blending into my hair. My recovery according to Dr. Cooley is going perfect. If you are anywhere in the Southeast and are looking for a hair restoration specialist, Dr. Cooley comes very highly recommended from me. I won't see anyone else.
