He could have gone for a much lower hairline and more aggressive temples with such great hair thickness and donor

its weak and expensive

minoxidi and stemoxydine are much better when used together 

It does blend well with the rest of your Hair and looks natural 

I started with oral minox for the first 3 months then switched to foam

alcohol and pg may bad on the hair graft which have not yet a strong blood supply that is why i used oral at first

I believe Minox helped me getting fast growth by month 4

Ha! If you don't move your eyebrows you won't have forehead wrinkles 

So the answer is: don't make wrinkles,

no skin cream will help and I don't use any besides sun screen when out

Here are my 4 months pics. Surgery was done on Dec 20, 2018.

Pics taken on April 21, 2019.

So far very happy with results, a few spots are still empty but I can see tiny sprouts which don't show up in those pics. 

Fresh shave with a 6 mm guard on top and 3mm on the side

i would use minox on these implants, this will make each hair thicker and help with density

studies have shown that using minox helps growth after a HT 

I started oral minox a week after then switched over to topical after 2 months and the growth at month 3 is pretty good - try minox 

You may also look into Dr Laorwong, in Bangkok, he does both and results are very good.

Had my second FUE wit him , first one as with Dr Umar in the USA.

Very happy so far hair is growing nicely at 3.5 months. Will post pics at the 4 months mark to update my main thread

If you remove a lot of grafts from behind you will get low hair density but that OK if you keep hair short, cannot do that if you need to hide a scar that's why guys end up needing a Fue into the Fut scar 

Most guys would trade a low density thin back of the head for a high density lower hairline 

You can get more grafts out of Fue as you won't need to keep long hair in the back to cover the hugly scar 

I have a fair skin and had two Fue and it's totally scarless I can shave my back and sides to a zero guard and there is absolutely no scarring but that's how my skin heals this may be different for other people or when larger punches are used

who is doing the implantation work at the recipient site ?

Are you using minox? This makes each hair strand Thicker and improves the density feel

It shows when skilled docs use the implanter pen - the results are often much better than the lateral slit in terms of packing and less scaring

This is the method that top docs use such as Dr Couto in Spain when they do most of the implantation themselves and the techs only separate and load the grafts onto the pens

I read that after that much publicized necrosis case from one of the forum members, they decided to lower density to avoid such risks

very happy with results so far. Unlike my head grafts, the eyebrows did not shed much or produced the same level of redness of the skin underneath.

Basically had brows the minute I left the clinic and it pretty much stayed that way, and started to grow longer 2 months after the surgery 

Why is shock loss an issues? all the hair grows back regardless

I would think starting oral minox a week later after surgery will help hair grown back earlier and stronger. ..that's what I did and I see hair growing back at 2 months + 5 days. 

My Fue doc in thaliand  gave me 2 different antibiotic acne creams in case of pimples

Used it on one and it vanshied in 2 days 

Didnt the doc give you anything?
