look forward to seeing your pics

I don't think electing to go strip makes us fools. I have had both types of surgeries and both have its strengths and weaknesses.
spot on pal

fantastic transformation so far jimbo, thanks for posting

Yep as always nice result..
Would like just to add that i always see Pts with great Donor hair & above average density.
Is it me or do FUE clinics cherry pick Pts to make such clinics better & more skillfull than FUT clinics? Because I don't see a lot of let's say lesser density guys / older guys on show mostly from FUE clinics as much as FUT clinics..
Just a thought as clever sexy Marketing skills that all & many so to be HT / FUE Pts think that such wow results is the Norm as if you dig deeper is clearly not the case.
Just for the record I'm not knocking this clinic but makes me wonder about FUE clinics go about there business.
Something the forum need to talk about a lot more to even the playing feild of fair marketing.
you've hit the nail on the head there (pardon the pun)

great growth so far, well done, how is your donor scar now? it looked great in your earlier pics
-
Great outcome but I wouldn't have expected anything less with that amount of grafts front loaded
Also wet hair pics before hand not doing the presentation justice
-
You mentioned in post number 11 that Dr Bhatti said you have a limited donor supply, given your extensive baldness I believe you should have been turned down for a FUE procedure for this very reason.
-
Fantastic post Dr Feller, I admire you for taking the time to come on a forum such as this to give your thoughts, after all you are at the coalface of this industry everyday, I agree with what you say and this is coming from someone who has had a recent FUE procedure with a recommended doc from this forum.
Before this thread descends into chaos like many that have gone before, I think it would be great to hear the thoughts of other recommended doctors on here. Would it be possible for the mods or clinic reps to invite guys like Konior, Feriduni, Bisanga, Rahal , Erdogan etc to add their thoughts to the whole FUT/FUE debate, maybe make it a sticky and moderate it such that only the recommended docs can contribute to the thread, I think that would be a great educational source of information for all of us interested in the debate.

I would have expected a lot more at 8 months, there should at least be thin hair growing in those bare patches but they look completely bald, however you still have more months ahead for the rest of it to thicken up. What has you're doctor said?
-
I have and you really haven't a clue what you're doing, all I see is you being arrogant and obnoxious
-
you need to do more research, you are not ready for a HT at the moment, fut or fue!
-
you obviously didnt do proper research before hand, this is a marathon not a sprint, who was your doc?
-
I agree cant, there is a place for both procedures
I notice a lot of fue advocates are younger guys, not all but a lot, if guys in their 20s with high norwoods go for these mega session fues they could be in big trouble when they get older, there simply wont be enough donor left to fill in further recession, of course they could then shave down but my bet is they wont be happy with that

FUT & Konior , mindblowing results from this guy

I honestly believe it's hard to look past Dr Lorenzo for yield results. I'm sure from hairline and temple point design, people can argue there are better to choose from, but after all you have through, if it were me, I'd go to the main man.
I agree with you irish, did Lorenzo do most of the work on you? Lot of people say Feriduni does the best hairlines but theres high tech involvement there and you dont know whos gonna be working on you, a doctor can design a great hairline but when the techs are doing most of the work i.e. extractions and implantations it throws a lot of subjectivity to the process
Dont get me wrong, the artistic capabilities of a doc (i.e making the slits for implantation) are very important but most clinics now are very staff dependent and you really dont know whos going to be working on you
-
I think this was a big task for the size vs grafts available. IMO he should have ceded the crown work for more dense frontal half.
Have to agree with this, the crown is a whole different ball game, I would have left it alone too

this is a hair loss website, hardly life or death scenarios

Your having a medical problem and you are asking lay people for advice?
what's up with you and your constant 'lay people' references?
is someone who went through medical school and has loads of letters after their name some kind of 'god' in your world?

peter crouch, enough said! money money money, must be funny, in a rich mans world

at the end of the day if the guy is a n0bhead it won't matter to a woman if he has hair or not
also if a woman wanted to be with me because I have hair then i'd be with the wrong woman!
its all about personal confidence, most of us here dont like the way we see ourselves without hair, we perceive ourselves to be unattractive to the opposite sex but woman in general couldnt care less, nice genuine women anyway

they are everywhere now, some of the retired football guys like david platt, pat nevin and gianfranco zola also had work done
2 interesting ones for me were the referee mark clattenburg and also roberto martinez
Clattenburg had big crown loss but one season here appears with a full head of hair, looked like a piece to me albeit a very good one
Martinez i think wore a piece once then ditched it , now he has shaved it down and is very bald
I think the funniest was stephen ireland, he played for a while with a piece then apparently the players pulled it off him in the dressing room and he never played for ireland again lol the following season he played with a completely bald head and has rocked that look since
Just goes to show how much torment this hair loss thing inflicts on so many guys from all walks of life

Man that is horrific, thanks for sharing your story , I hope everything eventually goes back to normal for you

Because I didn't have side effects at first and when they started they came on very slowly and I just attributed it to being over 30. But they progressively got worse and worse and when they finally got bad enough that it was causing me serious issues I went to the Doctor and he said "That is definitely the Propecia" so I stopped immediately. I guess I should have been more aware but everything I knew about Propecia was that if you were to have side effects they would be when you initially started taking it. That wasn't the case with me at all. It didn't even register in year 2 or 3 when I started having some initial minor side effects that it was due to the Propecia.
Some of the side effects subsided after I stopped taking it (slowely over time) but others I am still suffering with after 6 years.
Hi Jopps
Would you mind elaborating on the sides you had and have to this day?
I have been on Propecia for almost 2 years and I also believe the sides have slowly caught up with me now to the point where im seriously considering throwing the stuff away. Its a tough one because as we get older our sexual function does diminish but ive reached the point now where its just ridiculous and i dont think its purely old age, im almost 39, hardly ancient!
My sides are very watery semen, poor orgasm sensation, weak erection, hardly ever get morning wood, cold balls, all sexual as you can see, its a nightmare at the moment to be honest
