  1. I pay 141.00 @ drugstore.com. 3 month supply. You need prescription.. Hope this helps.
  2. Hi, I haven't heard of the ultra refined FUE, I would be interested in learning more about it since I am looking into an FUE transplant.
  3. I will be starting to take propecia or Proscar(which ever my Dr will be willing to precribe for me) in the next few weeks. I was curious to know if it is common for you to lose more hair during the first few months of use. About me.. I am 34 now and started to gradually recede when I was about 31. When I was about 33 I started to lose more in the temple region(like a horseshoe) very quickly but now seems to have stopped or slowed down. I am thinking of a Ht but don't want to get one until I see what happens after I am on propecia for a while... Any thoughts would be appreciated..thanks

  5. I was curious to know how many hairs per sq/c is normal to having a fuller look. I am in the N/2 to 3 range, and have been told that I would need aprox. 1500 grafts in order to achieve the results I am looking for. Since I am mostly concerned about a natural hairline I am leaning towards going to Dr. Shapiro. His website stated that they would be using 20/25 per sq/c, Would that be an adequate number for decent results?

  7. I want to thank you all for your responses, your input and photos really helped put me at ease. This was something I was very concerned with, but, like you say, the DR. you pick for your surgery will make all the difference. Since I am in NY I was thinking of going to Dr.Law Or DR. Feller. I have heard some good things about them both. Any thoughts would be much appreciated, thanks. HEADS UP
  8. I wanted to find out more about the donor scar after surgery. I am worried on how noticeable the scar will be and what would be the shortest you could cut your hair before people would be able to see the scar.. A few responses would be greatly appreciated..thanks..
