I think 500/600 triple grafts would do the trick to match the density
Dr Mwamba can probably do a flap on your donor so he doesn't have to shave it and you would have no downtime
If you can afford I would definitely do it but you might get another 2-4 months of improvement in that area still

Liposomal is the way to go imho after trying all of them

It's an allergy
It can be either to Minoxidil or PG:Ethanol or some people have both.
Best to do a patch test on your arm, it's cheap

I don't know why 3000 grafts were concentrated just on the front. I have seen many cases from Eugenix where they are able to cover a lot of area in 3000 grafts.
to match the density of the hair piece ....?
You can't cover a NW7 with 3K. You need 9k to 12k for decent coverage.

Once again, just curious where you are sourcing 0.01% fin? thanks for any insight. I currently use a product which is 0.25% fin.

You said it yourself, 2ml of 0.0125% gives you 0.025%, which is, as my first comment suggest, the weakest effective dose of topical fin.
Yes but who can possibly cover their thinning area with one ml?
I don’t know of anyone unless you only using on temples where it isn’t effective anyways

No way a dose this low could be effective
Yes it is
Applying 2ml is already 0.025% and reduces 50% of scalp DHT
That's enough for some but might not be enough for others.
I am hoping on Topical Fin 0.01% (2ml a day) and PRP with PRF. I'll continue dermarolling with Saw Palmetto once a week and other vitamins
Oral minox unfortunately wouldn't work for me

I still think you have 4 months of improvement ahead of you, specially the crown and vertex
But this is an awesome result already. Have you resumed Dut Mesotherapy?

I would be more concerned about using that low quality poison from China than having to block my credit card.
I had the worst side effects I have ever experiences using them and I am convinced it was due to cross contamination.
This is a blessing. Plenty of other places to get 10% minoxidil online

Not a single scar or dot anywhere in the body nor neck nor nape.
Nothing.

You could use Tretinoin (Retinol) and Trichoxidil (growth factors) together with Minoxidil (and might as well add Biotin in there)
Research has shown that retinol increases the rate of hair growth by prolonging the anagen (growth) phase of the hair growth cycle, playing a role in converting vellus (A.K.A baby hairs) to terminal hairs, and acts in conjunction with other hair growth solutions to produce denser hair regrowth (2).z
It's apparently highly effective with Minoxidil

I've had to touch up my hairline in almost every single surgery I have had... always 50 grafts per side
Every 2 years I do a little touch up on it but that does not mean you will need to, it's probably just shedding from the normal hair cycle

Is there any scientific reason why hair loss medication is not good at restoring hairline but it restores the crown/vertex area?
Because the hairline and temples are more prone to miniaturization from Testosterone and other androgens while the vertex and crown are more prone to miniaturization from DHT. This is why TRT users have results with RU58841 on their hairline while Dutasteride can't stop frontal miniaturization despite having zero DHT and why Dutasteride and Finasteride are far more effective on the vertex.
The crown has LESS blood supply than the hairline, this is why it takes 18 months for a HT to mature on the crown and survival rates are lower while it takes 9-12 months on the hairline.

You have made the same comment in quite a few threads... The way to help the community is to provide evidence, follow-ups, progress, etc. and always in a visual way. And with this comment I would ask you not to get into any more conversation since I don't want my thread to be used for this, you are free to open one and debate about it.
Thanks for understanding.
I have done so with my surgeries and also treatments. I post pictures of follow ups of my results with Saw Palmetto Mesotherapy, Topical Dutasteride and donor repair.
You can also help with knowledge and first hand or anecdotal experience.
You are not being used nor your thread. I simply gave you some some advice to improve further. Relax.
-
Just trying to help you man. I'm sorry that my input is not useful to you.
-
I can't. They don't participate on forums and probably wouldn't like it if I post their pics.

I'm sorry, but I have not seen any case that has used this medication and that has provided images to corroborate its effect and progress achieved.
It is clear that mesotherapy has greatly improved my condition, you just have to look at the images of my crown. This is a fact and has been proven.
Anyway, this thread is to provide my experience, not to debate medications.
Best
I have, quite a few.
I am glad Mesotherapy is working for you!!

I really think that a topical anti androgen like CB0301 at 1% or 17-Alfa Estradiol 0.025% is what your protocol is missing to get you to the next stage.
You don't need more Dutasteride. Taking it orally has your DHT levels probably close to nothing so Mesotherapy while very beneficial for those on Finasteride or no medication makes little difference if your DHT is already suppressed to those levels.
It's testosterone preventing further recovery, your DHT and minoxidil is covered.
17-Alfa Estradiol will aromatize much of your scalp free testosterone (which must be high since DHT is blocked), this is particularly effective on the hairline. Estradiol also thickens the hair.
It has no feminizing effects (it's not Beta Estradiol)

Yes, Picoway won't damage your hair.
I had it done.
There is a Picoway laser in Barcelona, Rome, Milan and Naples. (I am sure there are more but those are the ones I contacted)
Make sure it's PICOWAY

I think it will look better in a few months
The infection is gone but there is some acne type of scaring. I was very bad with keeping the area sterile post op.
I might see you as I am in on the 21st! Not sure how long I am staying though

Thanks for posting your pictures and progress man
Dr Freitas is a top 3 for me and always has been.
I have friends that got results after 8 months and were not satisfied until month 7 and suddenly things change. You are definitely a slow grower but someone with great patience and perspective.
Let's keep that positive mindset and hope that in the next 3-4 months you will see those little ones catch up with the rest
