    It is usually suggested to wait for a month before doing intense physical activity. I would however be careful not to take a knock on the head for three months. That's what I will do anyway

    that's great. I think I will choose Longevita as well. But I am little bit scared of the procedure. Longevita offered me a trichologist (whose price is much cheaper) besides Dr. Aktas and Dr. Karadeniz. I need to make my choice among them. Thanks for the info in your profile Campbell!

    The reason I woulnt have FUT is because of scar. But some Turkish doctors I have had video consultation with told that FUT is superior in terms of results.

    He talks about pills with finasteride as active ingredient. As johndoe1 has indicated, there are side effects but they are not experienced by many. I would try and if there are some side effects, i would stop using.
