Hi All,
I am 26 years old and had a HT with Dr. True back in October 2012 when I was 24. Dr. True was able to extract 1704 grafts as my donor density was considered slightly below avergae (55 cm^2). It made a decent improvement.
I am considering another transplant, possibly not right away as I understand I should probably wait until I'm closer to 30 to evaluate my hairloss at a further stage. However, I still want to keep my options open and possibly consider a transplant within the next year just so I can enjoy my 20's while I am still in it.
My main question: If I have had FUT already (pencil thin scar), is it advisable that I go the FUT route again or go with FUE?
With FUE I would have small scars along with the linear scar in a donor area that is already below average density. What are your thoughts? I am considering Dr. Konior (FUT) or possibly True/Dorin again (FUT). Still looking into FUE surgeons if I decide to go that route.
