    Thanks so much for all your responses. I will definitely try that other concealer as well. In fact, I think thats the concealer that I was thinking about but I just couldnt find it. A consultant from Dr Shapiros office recommended it.

    Thank you. Right now I use concealer, dermatch and I also comb my hair forward . However i wonder if there are better concealers out there than dermatch. Dermatch falls off when I sweat. I also consulted with Dr Shapiro and he said he wouldnt touch me either.

    Dr Gabel just saw my photos and he feels that I am not a good candidate for the temple area. Now I am confused as people are giving me differing point of views.

    So I would just be doing it at the temple area and NOT at the hairline area right? In other words I wouldnt bring my hairline forward, rather I would just do the sides correct?

    Hi guys, I posted here roughly one year ago and I was told by the community to wait. I was 25 at the time and now I am 26. I followed the advice to use propecia and that is all I have been using for the last year. Here are my pictures. I am looking to get more hair in the temple area. Also, if you notice one side of my temple is more receded than the other so I am looking to increase symmetry. What do you guys think?     Thank you. Yeah I have been on minoxidil for two years and propecia for one. So the hairloss has halted, so this is why i want to see if anyone can do a simulation

    Yes a morph. In other words, simulate my hairline with hair. Do you think this is possible? Are there any members that do that here?

    Hey guys, I am interested in getting a hair transplant this year that will fit my face. Its a hairline issue since i have lost hair at my temples. I am 26 years of age and am looking to getting this done. Can any of you guys help?

    So I had my consultation with Dr Gabel. And I want to thank all of you guys for your advice. Needless to say that he agreed with staying away from hair transplant. In fact, I practically begged him to do it since he gave me a price range as to what it would cost IF he did it. However he was very ethical about the situation and told me that he WOULDNT touch me and that I should be careful. I mean if he makes his money doing hair transplants and hes not willing to take my case, I think it says a lot about him. So if anyone out there is seeking advice, hes definitely someone to go to.

    Pardon my ignorance but I guess I'm confused. Many people swear by Propecia. So if Propecia really is effective at stopping hairloss why wouldn't I be able to use Propecia for the rest of my life and get the hairline transplant? Sorry for playing Devils advocate but I just want to get educated on this

    Even something more conservative I'd be willing to live with. Dr gabel is going to see me at the end of the month but I really want to atleast gain something back on the temple area. One temple is more receding than the other.

    I understand what you are saying as far as not doing it. But let me ask this? Would I get away with doing it if I do the transplant and get on medication (Propecia) for the rest of my life?

    Hi guys, I am a first time poster and I want to thank you guys in advance for the advice that you guys will be giving. I am 26 years of age and I dont really like my hair. Heres my problem, I cant let my hair grow because the way my hair is, its hard to cover the temple area with my hair. I wanted to do the hairline transplant and go on finestaride for the rest of my life. Also, one side is more receeding than the other. Here is the type of hairline that I am going for.
