  1. yeah i dont get why people assume that so i had to rewrite it. people must be negative on here all the time and for the main part of the surgery it was lorenzo so for the implanting
  2. I have started this new thread as im getting private messages from lots of different people asking about it and getting the wrong ideas, I tried to reword the last one but its not alowd me to. So again i got 1200 grafts on crown from Dr lorenzo Let me be more clear, I have very strong opinions on the surgery as i have heard alot of things which people have spoke on the place which i dont think are true. Now i will say from what i can tell without final results are that my opinions are good things about the clinic and i believe it is a very good surgery. Firstly the place is all business, everyone says "oh lorenzo dosent talk" but you must ask yourself why would you want your surgeon to talk to you while he is planning on doing such a hard procedure? i think lorenzo has the best approach when dealing with people. You are there for one reason and that is to get the job done as good as possible, some people did not like it but for me the clinics way of doing it is perfect. I think lorenzo is into his work and thats why people get such good results there. There are lots of other surgeons from what i hear who are very friendly BUT i just think they must be doing that to compensate for bad work. Not with lorenzo he is all about the procedure and thats it. However if you have questions he does not just ignore you, he will answer with what you need to know. Iv heard mixed things about who is the best surgeon at fue, one thing you know when you get to this place is they are specifically fue and that is it, IMO if you go somewhere where they are still do strip surgery aswell and you want an fue you are completly stupid. lorenzo is passionate about fue, and everyone from secutary to him know about it so you feel straight away you are in good hands if fue is what your seeking. The fue does hurt though! if youve not had it done dont believe people that say you cant feel it. NOW having said this, i do not have any growth yet that i can see and like i originally stated all that really maters is the final result, i dont want to tell people that any of my opinions should be a factor in deciding on to go here or not,its a big decision for people and at this point my thoughts on the surgery dont matter if my transplants dont grow. If i do however get good final results (and i will update with pictures) then that is different and absolutely i would advise people.
  3. hmm maybe i should of frased my sentance differently as people are taking it as one big negative, Im putting up a new thread which is going to be clear and hopefully not piss people off
  4. yeah I think your right its to do with the lighting, im on finasteride now anyway so it shouldnt be getting much worse unless im not responding to it.
  5. Hi there, well what do people want to know. i put the post up mainly to show progress to others that might be considering it, sorry staggerlee123 but i didnt have to post anything at all. Like I said the FINAL result is all that matters and so commenting on it now would be unfair in my opinion. i just dont want to advise people on weather to go or not until mine has gone a year post op as my results could be awsome or not so awsome and i dont want to sway such a big choice for someone with an uneducated guess on how good it turns out.
  6. Hi there 1250 FUE on the crown with DR. Lorenzo I got my procedure done on the 28th novemeber 2014, Originally I was meant to just have 800 Grafts but this was changed to 1250, ill post some photos of when the surgery was first done and up to now. I have some very strong thoughts on the whole procedure with the DR and clinic i chose however i am not going to comment on my experience or what I think of the surgery until almost a year post op as it would not be fair to do so, with the final results being the main factor in this. And I am currently on finasteride so take that into account.
  7. I know this maybe a little off topic and maybe i should start a new thread but has any one thought about having HGH (human growth hormone) after a fue/fut? one would think it could very well help with the growth of the hairs. HGH has been used for years by loads of athletes for sports injuries or general recovery of muscles, and from what i know its fairly safe if you know what your doing with it. Im not saying people try it now ( think its illegal for a start) but wonder if theres a way a clinic could experiment with this?
  8. oh ok thanks alot guys, Lorenzo's results do look really good, its just with the extra money i could maybe get more grafts from another clinic. Just not sure if it would be better to go with the highly recommended with less grafts. ill have a look what else I can find in turkey
  9. Hi all, first post on the forum. Just seeing if anyone has any advice or had past experience with an fue surgeon in europe that has done work on the vertex area? i know its harder to pull off a good improvement on the crown so im wondering are there any surgeons people know of that specialize in working on this part of the head or any that are mainly known for having good work in this area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot people
