  1. Thanks mate for the encouraging words and the comparison photo. I too wanted to make a photo like that. All the best for your results. I guess we can't go wrong with Dr Radha. Have you bean prescribed all that medication by Dr Radha or you are taking them on your own?
  2. Yeah, I hope I have that many grafts available on the donor area.
  3. Thank you!! I have already written to Dr Radha asking for advise on 2nd round of HT. :-)
  4. Hi folks, I am back with latest photos. It has been exactly 1 year and 8 days since my HT was done by Dr. Radha. The growth has been satisfactory for me. I had already cut the re-grown hair twice so far. Please see the photos and let me know how I am doing.
  5. Hi folks, I am into 7th month post my HT done by Dr. Radha in India. I have documented my progress with photos on the following thread: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/175921-hair-transplant-done-dr-radha-30-june-2014-4113-grafts-fut-7.html I will continue to update that thread with progress & photos. Regards
  6. Hi kopite, you may call her clinic number and talk to the representative. Mails will take time to be replied.
  7. Ok Thank you SunnyCool3. I will start. Would be good to see photos of your progress.
  8. SunnyCool3, the Dr. did prescribe Fin and Min to me, but I didn't take them due to their alleged side effects. I was not on any medication so far, however, I will start Fin & Min shortly, as I feel my native hair in the crown area (which was not transplanted) is slowly depleting as usual. Xephis, I think the dissolvable sutures got dissolved after 3 months, but I can't remember exactly. Regards
  9. Thank you Xephis, SunnyCool3. I will start Finasteride and Minoxidyl from tomorrow positively. My friends have started saying that I look a lot better and younger. Truly, the change has been enormous. Dr Radha is the hero here. I experienced my first shedding after 3 weeks if I remember correctly. And the nylon sutures were removed on the 5th day from the day of HT. Dissolving? I don't really know. Point noted on the 2nd HT.
  10. Thank you very much for the responses and the clarification about the curl. Regards
  11. Just to give a perspective, here are the BEFORE photos taken by the clinic just before performing HT. The last photo was taken shortly after the HT.
  12. Hi folks...here is my update after exactly 6 months 15 days. The numbness in the recipient area and pain in the donor area is 100% gone. My worry is, the transplanted hair is still curly and will not blend properly with my native hair since my native hair is not curly... I also called up Dr Radha and asked if I can go for the 2nd HT, as my crown area and the sides on front were not adequately covered. Being a true professional that she is, she will evaluate the possibility only after a minimum of 9 months from the date of first HT. Please let me have your opinions on the progress.
  13. I had my HT with Dr. Radha on 30th June 2014, and the results are excellent. I will soon update my thread with the latest pics. Dr. Radha does FUT and she is the BEST in my opinion. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/175921-hair-transplant-done-dr-radha-30-june-2014-4113-grafts-fut.html
  14. My post#17 in this thread has the latest pictures. They were posted only a couple of days ago...Dr Radha charged me Rs 50 per graft. Hope that helps.
  15. Thanks. What about side effects of Finasteride? Should I also be using Minoxidil?
  16. I wash it daily. I usually don't touch the transplanted area with comb, but I will try to comb it straight from now. Thanks for the suggestion. What is orange peel? regards
  17. Thank you. I was thinking of cutting it after another 2 months. My transplanted area is not any dense, you can see empty areas. Dr Radha tried her best to cover such a vast area with just 4000+ grafts. Do you think if the transplanted area is grown more (say after 6 months), the empty areas will be covered? I am not on any medication due to their apparent side effects. Should I be applying Minoxidil 5% for the Crown? As you can see, the crown has started to lose native hair and the scalp started to appear there. I approached Dr Radha on phone for a 2nd HT for the crown and other less dense areas, but she recommended to think about it only after a minimum of 10 months.
