  1. Finasteride is mainly used for the treatment of male pattern baldness and benign pro-static hyperplasia. FDA's approved dose is only 5 mg once a day and if it is increased that level it may affect you inversely. Recently I done a hair treatment from Canadian Hair Transplant center (chtc.ca) and they suggested me no to use this in an increased level. Finasteride have many side effects and it concerning an increased risk of prostate cancer. So it's better to consult any hair treatment clinic before you use this one.
  2. I think this is a great help for those people who are looking to keep their hair good.
  3. It depends on each person and I think you don't want to worry more about combing. After hair transplantation its better to comb by hands and it is good not to use gel or any other hair color products at least for 3 weeks. Once your hair got long enough you can start using these styling products. But make sure to treat the transplanted area gently.
