While a little off topic from my original questions, I think I am starting to get some pieces of info.
I also realized that the tool is only a part of the equation but the start of the process and I feel that it needs to be taken carefully to make sure no damage to the funicular or the skin occurs.
I fells that there are few good surgeons and I need to find some criteria in order to make my decision. One of them is the procedure/tool they use.
Concerning the tool, I have encountered another procedure/tool that would like you to also comment on: the "UGraft"...
