Hi Melvin,

I am not sure if this is the right place to address this issue but I don't have many other options and would appreciate your advice.

I am scheduled for an appointment with Dr. De Freitas next year and they have requested a deposit. They provided the some banking information for making the deposit. However, I have attempted to make the payment three times using three different banks and locations but each transaction was rejected and flagged as “suspicious” by the banks. I am unsure how to verify this information so that I can instruct my bank to proceed with the payment regardless. Could you advise on how I might resolve this?
